Agree I have seen this in China many years ago, it's a normal way of life, the kids 'pants' were made with a flap to open, I saw kids pooing on a piece of cardboard right on the foot path, open pit toilets with a plank across, rows of houses with a communal toilet block, only 2 blocks high separating the cubicles, and NO WATER to wash yourself.

If I found someone taking photos of my young kid urinating, they would have a smashed phone and face.
