If you go to their website, you'll see it's kitchen ganja that they sell, leaf only. So not exactly the same thing as the o.p. is talking about. But, yes I would guess that it  will likely be something like this if psychoactive cannabis is allowed to  take off on a commercial scale, the large corporations will want a monopoly on it and they'll have laws in place like they do with opening a small craft brewery that make it prohibitively expensive for but the very wealthy. The ganja companies will probably want to do what they do with the rice farmers, pay them not even enough to produce the crop and then also get money from them again loaning them money to buy excessive amounts of fertilizer and weed killer from agri-chemical outlest they also own. The farmers won't be able to sell ganja to anyone else but Pfizer or Boon Rawd Brewing Company or Thai Tobacco Monopoly or whoever ends up being the national ganja behemoth. In further depressing visions of the non-future I have beheld  you won't even be able to legally grow at home soon because the corporations won't want you encroaching on their profits.

yep, it for tea. not the one people want ahhaha

  2. you can plant at home. i started that. Its really easy. but just be careful with male ones. you dont want them seriously.

just check youtube. have great amount of videos to teach you.

and thailand climate is really good for it.

just be careful about harvesting time. takes time to understand the really good time to harvest. Also after harvesting and when resting, it needs some kind of special care. just cannot leave hang in your room.

There must be an 'out' clause in the contract of employment.

It would be highly illegal to demand someone to perform any work.

This would be seen by the court similar to slave labour therefore illegal. this subject is based on one of the tenants of human rights - the right to come and go as one pleases.

yes, need to read the contract carefully. If there is nothing mentions the only thing to do is tell them you cannot or dont want to work here and ask immediate termination or 2 month period termination. this issue can be solved by 2 sides understanding. Most likely nothing will happen when you tell them you cannot or dont want to work here anymore. If they start to make problems the best way is give them a notification of 2 months and just do your work in this 2 months get your money and go.

  4. Hi,

its better to check the contract she signed. is there anything saying like have 2-3 months testing period. In school contracts its a very common term-item in the contract. 80% its there. If it's there just tell the school you dont want to work here using that item in the contract. They cannot say anything. That item works 2 way, for you and for them.

If you don't have that in your contract. You can inform them that you will not accept the contract and give them 2 months or 2 week time to replace you.

You still don't have work permit yes. But the thing is both sides signed a contract and in the processing paper work status. And i believe it's you slowing down the paper work in this situation not them. so actually you are working for them and technically yes, if they want they will not let you go that easy.

On the other hand, if i remember correct and if its still like that, even though you signed the contract you still cannot work or go to work there till you get your work permit. But again as i mentioned you are in paper work process so keep in your mind you are still working for them officially and legally.

    suggestions:

    1) just go to the school director and talk to him and tell him you don't want to be a teacher anymore. (i think this is the best one) in most cases director says ok.

    2) tell them you lost someone back in home and need to go back to your country.

    3) tell them for some reason you cannot get your work permit or kurusapa license.

    4) tell them you won the lottery and dont want to be a teacher anymore.

    5) it is not good time to find a new school, i think all schools are started already and have their teachers. So, if its possible just go back to your old work. Although im not sure if its professional or not because you left there and going back. it seems little bit... you know.

    6) when you find a new school try to observe better i dont know you are new here or not but many schools' will act you like your at the bottom of this thing, like a dog. seriously. so dont expect too much from other schools. sometimes no headache is better than getting a high salary..

    good luck.

Cx30 can use E10 91 rated fuel just don't keep switching from one fuel to the other is a recommendation.

im not sure. When i clearly asked the dealer what should i use.. he answered me E85 / 95 / E20 nothing else. i also checked the book and manual all, they also saying these 3.

so i will stick with 95. im really happy with it but my wallet is not. lol

Something else I forgot to mention was some drivers are unaware of extra fuel used with the use of the air-con in a vehicle.

Its been very hot recently so I don't know about other but air-con in my truck is cranked up much more during this time of the year.

A certain % of extra fuel will be used when cranking up the air-con.

yes, AC is something in my mind. And yes the weather is hot these days and im using the AC high level.

I also have a CX30. Was informed that E20 and E85 were not as good for the engine as gasohol 95. What about 91, by comparison? Seems to be about the same price as 95.

Anyone have any clear answers on that?

    cannot use 91 for cx30.

like i said im using 95. i suggest that to you too.

Not with the MG, and kpL was marginal difference between grades, for my driving habits.  As stated, MG was specifically designed (tuned) for E85, to maximize performance economically.

thats great. i would stay with E85 too..

For mazda cx30 all 3 (e20 95 and e85) can be used. No problem. But i must say car gives more when use 85. although i must buy it more often than 95 or E20.

I was just talking about this exact thing with my wife this morning, then I read this here.  I have noticed the same thing for about two weeks now, but with using the diesel B7 ,  from PTT.   I'm only about 5km from work, and i just puzt around the small town trying to conserve fuel,  but my fuel consumption is noticeably up.

yes.. it seems you are having the same thing as me. Its like somethings wrong... for some reason im consuming more fuel than before...

im pretty sure PTT doesnt do any fishy thing but i also witnessed by my own eyes that PTT stations in small very small places add some water in it...

How do you read your kilo distance measurements. ?

E20 would give slightly less kilos than E95 do you use the same garage.?

Do you use the same fuel all the time or keep switching.?

If the car was brought to me my first thought would be safety and check for minor fuel leaks.

If nothing found plug the car in for computer analysis ECU check.

    hi,

    thanks for the suggestions.

I compare the kilo distance with the kilo i still can go and the kilo i already gone. For example if im making 60km per a day, for 4 days i need at least 240km + 50km (traffic + lights + etc.) = 290 this is my calculation for my home-work.

agree about e20 and 95. Thats why im trying to use 95. perfect balance for car performance and budget.

about fuel im using.. well mostly 95 but these days its E20

there are nothing with the fuel tank or else, no leak. Its in perfect condition.

    ECU and all are ok.

tbh i started to think maybe i stuck in the traffic longer than i think.

So, you haven't tried it to see if with your trips it is cheaper....????

if im not mistaken E85 is giving a great performance to the car. I can feel it. Although that means the car is just drinking it. using more than others which means i pay more actually.

i read lot about this and all experts say the same. yes performance but a no if you are not rich

  13. 2 hours ago, KhunLA said:

Depends what you used, and are using now.  Did you go from 91 to E85, and would think your kpL may or may not be effected.

Our MG is specifically designed (I think) to run on E85, though will accept E20, 91 & 95.  I've tested 3, not 95, and decided to stick with E85, kpL - cost p/L- and performance, and E85 works best for us.  Actually performs better, IMHO, on E85.  Being the least expensive of the lot, is just a major plus for us.

Designed for, and accepting, is a fine line to which it performs best on.  Maybe with some component adjustment, it will perform better on a different fuel.

agree on E85 is giving really performance to car. I can feel that the car becomes a monster. BUT i really think E85 is a money trap. as you mentioned you chose performance but you have to pay actually more. the engine is just drinking it like a water. So actually you pay  more than you would pay to 95 or E20. Thats why im using 95. its perfect balance.

Seems to me by your own account you are travelling 10km further ( was 60km/day but now 70 km)  so wouldn't you expect to use more fuel ?  That aside other than basic fuel calorific values in terms of the assigned Octane number being incorrect which obviously would have an impact, which I seriously doubt even PTT would mess up, then there can be many other factors even on identical routes. Traffic conditions, load in your car , incorrect tyre inflation pressure etc.

yes all my 60km trip is including the traffic and all. so i really dont know why my car spending more. i already checked the car about this. its totally normal

    thanks for the info though

totally agree about PTT would do any fishy thing. Maybe im just over reacting.

  15. hi guys,

for some time now, im observing how much fuel my car is using.

    my car can use e85 e20 and 95. i have mazda CX30

well obviously everyone knows the high fuel prices. But i also noticed i use more fuel than before. yes, my work is 30km away form my house so a trip is around 60km a day. now i started to use almost 70km so like extra 10km. the car is new so im pretty sure its not the car. i was wondering if somethings going on with the fuel. When i asked someone in my office he also told me he is kind of having the same issue. i mostly use PTT. and mostly 95 or e20

    any ideas?

    thanks

  16. dashcam is up to what you want.

there are cams just for recording. you cannot even see the other cars number plates. So these are no good for me. I prefer 4K cams. i can see number plates and many other details. Actually i dont understand why people are buying 1080p. i think you need at least 2K. There are many mirror cams in lazzada. I bought one 2K. it worked well tbh but later it died.

i strongly suggest you DDpai or 70mai they are really good and very very clean and nice view. you can see everything. Price starts from 3500 baht if i remember correct. maybe looks expensive but trust me great view and recording. 4K dont buy Eklava

Yea....I'm been a DTAC postpaid customer for many years....over the last 6 months or so there has definitely been a BIG uptick in advertising texts from DTAC offering different text/data/voice top-ups...almost daily such a text arrives....and I've already got one such text for today/24 June regarding a data top-up.    I expect the proposed True-DTAC merger is a key factor....trying to retain/gain customers to make the most money in the merger.

you can call call center and tell them not to send you promotion texts. it takes 3min. thats what i did

I have a package with DTAC, whereby I get 30gb high speed internet. After this is used up, it is slower, but then I get them pestering me with messages of special offers to upgrade. Used to get them in Thai, but changed the settings so now I understand what they are pestering me with.

Mines are in english. They never send me thai.

  19. Im using dtac for 17-18 years now and i think its the best phone company in thailand.

Although since this scam calls started i also noticed that Dtac started a very aggressive and disturbing, annoying marketing campaign..

its almost every 2 days im getting a text from them and trying to sell me a package or voice call-add on or etc. whatever they have they are texting me. im ok if its like 1 or 2 times, but seriously im getting these texts almost every 2 days 3-4 different things.. this is like 2-3 months now. Today i called Dtac and told them to stop sending me marketing texts and surprisingly the lady told me sure she can stop that.

i was wondering if any other Dtac user or other company users are having the same issue and how was your reaction.

    thanks

just ask 1 of your friend to take your photo (portrait photo).. tell him to zoom enough to see your face and passport page. take 3-4 photos im sure 1 will do.

dont know why you had to google for it. its the easiest thing in the world. not even need a mirror. Thats what friends are for haahah

just keep the background white. im pretty sure you have 1 white wall in your home.

Hello, I have Plead Guilty and I received a fined from court which is THB2000. And one year not to repeat the same mistake. I received “Pending Parole” in Thai words รอลงอาญา. After the cases done, the officer was check on me & wanted to know how it’s end. He worry I would get blacklist at my passport. Am I have to inform immigration? Because I was told that, I may get deportation/blacklist/revocation of my visa. But now everything I done since 2018, all are legal.

do you have the papers from the court? keep them pay your fine and say you are very sorry and will never do it again and thank them.

read the case conclusion paper carefully and do what it says.

ask a lawyer just in case.

to me it seems you are clean and ready for a fresh start. I dont think they will black list you or else. If so the court would hold you and hand you to police already.
