    No Enoon. The correct expression is 'Couldn't give a f...k" meaning that you have nothing left to give. Not popular ways in countries which speak 'proper English' I suppose the addition of the ?, changing it's meaning to 'Do you think I could give a f....k'? making it a question, whereas 'I couldn't give the aforementioned action makes it a statement
