Why would I need other ways of lowering my BP if, as you say, 176 should be OK at my age?
I do know that there are 'natural medications' to lower my BP, but here in Thailand, the meds are very cheap and easy to obtain, and they seem to work.
So you are happy that on that on one day out of 365, your BP was a bit low.
The local village nurse comes to do my Mrs's BP at least every 6 months. I do it for her twice a week.
Your BP varies over the hours, if you've just driving through traffic to the hospital and the nurse is a cute little thing bending over to take your temperature, of course it will be higher than when you've just woken up, unless you were dreaming about the said nurse.
Who told you that BS. It would mean that mine would be OK at 176, when it is average 127.
The lower number is more important so I was told by my cardiologist, below 80 is OK.
I was also told that heartrate BELOW 55 is dangerous. Mine is average 47.
I also take mine daily, half an hour after waking up, having a pee, and taking deep breaths.
I take Amlodepine 10mg daily. Average over 6 months is 127/75 with heart rate of 48 and weight 71kg.
Also take doxadozin and finasterid for BHP. Drink moderately and do little exercise. I am 76.
Sorry I was wrong with my 2 days. Two months can be a maximum of 61 days as there are not two 31 day months next to each other
Oops sorry, Dec & Jan and July & Aug.
I vividly remember my first boat trip around the klongs of Bangkok, back in 2002, and at one point smelled a 'lovely barbecue' until we turned a corner and there was a funeral pyre. Mmmmm.
Just had 5 days break down at Bang Saray and took a book I was given by a fellow musician a few years ago.
How Music Got Free by Stephen Witt (2015) is the story/history of the mp3 file. Very interesting reading for me.
