    Whenever I re-fuel, the attendant puts a large card on my bonnet saying which fuel they are putting in and icons & words in Thai & English saying turn engine off, no phone and no smoking. The attendant should refuse to re-fuel if those rules are not adhered to.

    OK, that's it from me. You still not know whether they are a good company who will pay out with no problems until you have to do it, no matter what it says in the small print.

    How do you know it 'does what it says on the tin', which could include full hospital treatment for a car accident if you've never tried it.

    I seem to remember that my Revolut Card had to be used once in order to activate it (in UK). And maybe the same for a Wise replacement.
