    I use them all the time both here and in UAE. So efficient. Revolut is the same. Not to use for getting cash out of ATM unless Bht 250 doesn't matter to you.

    There are several companies here who do travel insurance. I used a broker called Frank Insurance and went with AXA last time I went out of Thailand. Luckily I didn't use it. The one stupid thing about the policy is that it doesn't start until 3 hours before your departure time, so if you had an accident or hold up while driving to the airport, it would not be covered. Not too expensive, Bht 1200 for two weeks.

    My reply was to the fact that Yingy was promoting NORTHERN Thai food, hence my post about NORTHERN English food.

    They were playing Jingle Bells in my Lotus last week. I asked them to turn it off until 1st December. They did.

    Halloween is a Pagan English tradition, pre-Christian. Why the 4..k do Americans, and now Worldwide celebrate such a silly day. On another example, why do Muslims celebrate Christmas and Easter? MONEY.

    2 x Nuboon concentrated grape juice @ Bht 720, 6 litres water, 1/2 packet of Lalvin 1118, ferment for 1 week, decant into demijohn, with or without oak chips. After 2 months put into beer bottles + crown cap. After the first swig you wouldn't know the difference. 555

    Does it really matter, as long as the ABV is correct. Actually, I have made vino using Ribena in the past, and it was quite OK.
