I have been on Amlodepine for well over 5 years. Keeps my BP in the 120-130 region. Also Doxadozin for prostate also helps keep it down. If I could be bothered to do some exercise, and cut down on my vino it would also help. I tried kratom tea this week and it went down to 117 or even 113 on one morning.

Thank you for this advice, and I am going to try simmering the leaves, after blending with say 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar, which is acidic but also has good therapeutic properties. Let's see what happens.
