  1. No need to get a visa for a filipino and he committed no crime I found this : https://www.philembassy.org.nz/latest/advisory/departure-formalities-for-filipinos-exiting-the-philippines-qdl-2022-09
  2. Hello, A friend of mine travelled from Manilla to Bangkok today. He was travelling with a filipino friend but at passport control in Manila, his filipino friend was not allowed to leave the Philippines. They both don't know why. Immigration queue being separate for my friend, a foreigner, and his friend, a filipino, he couldn't ask why. How can it be possible ?
  3. Yes very close. When I search on Google Maps, the itinerary is MRT Blue LINE then SRT Red Line but it seems easier to go there with BTS Green line then get off at Wat Phra Sri Mahathat like when I go to Chaengwattana ????
  4. That's what I told him but I cannot change the way he thinks
  5. This is what I thought and told him but he worries about immigration who might ask money
  6. It cannot be done in Chaengwattana? That friend asked me to go to immigration with him lol
  7. I got an extension based on Non-O retirement at Chaengwattana in january and they asked for one copy, not two.
  8. May be I misunderstood. You earlier said : It is hard to help him because he is scared :
  9. He stays in Bangkok, Chaengwattana then?
  10. Thanks Ubonjoe. What do you think he should do then ?
  11. He has no work permit and no visa. Aren't these offices for people working in Thailand?
  12. Thanks, I will wait for ubonjoe confirmation, if he knows, before transmitting the information to my lao friend
  13. He never went to immigration up to now and just told me he thinks it is at Chaengawattana he should go but isn't there another place for people from Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, etc ...
  14. No, he has no work permit? he goes back every 45 days to Cambodia or Laos for that reason. He thinks the officer made a mistake due to that.
  15. He might be in trouble then if he leaves Thailand without going to immigration in Bangkok first?
  16. He has no visa at all. As a lso he can stay 45 days .
  17. Thanks. He is scared that immigration might ask money as, according to him, they do with people from neighbouring countries
  18. Hello, A friend from Laos entered Thailand on february 21st 2023 by bus at Laos border both his passport and TM6 were stamped until april 6th 2025 instead of april 6th 2023. He is worried because he thinks that when even if he leaves Thailand before april 6th 2023, he might get in trouble with immigration. He says that when something is wrong immigration will ask money from people from Laos, cambodia or else. He is even considering to make a special trip to Cambodia with a visa bus, thinking he would have less problems leaving that way then coming back the following day. What do you think? Is he right to worry and not to leave Thailand with a flight?
  19. Hello, About Don Muang? I have never been there and am planning to fly to Laos from that airport next month Thanks

  21. I am french too. I feel same. In France, 60% of people in prison belong to that, "community "
  22. He doesn't look french at all
  23. I guess this is the kind of arabic french that behave the same way in France.
  24. Same for me in january 2018. They didn't ask anything except, if my memory serves me right, a copy of my passport certified by my (french) embassy. At that time I was on visa exempt and staying in an apartment hotel. I could not get their application. I got it once I got a Non-O Visa.
