Last friday I booked a resort on Agoda with my Bangkok Bank Debit Card. The following day, Agoda asked for a copy of my passport and of my Debit Card. Since my name is not printed on that Debit Card, they rejected it and cancelled my booking. My booking was paid and debited by Bangkok Bank on Friday. On monday I am still waiting for a refund!

I opened a bank account with Bangkok Bank in Bangkok (Silom head office) in 2018. I did not use an agent. I was on visa exempt at that time. They only asked for a copy of my passport certified by my embassy. I paid 300 bahts to get a debit card and that was all. They didn't even require a minimum deposit or insurance.

I left Thailand at the end of April 2023 and will come back in November 2023. Will my 90 days report, 90 days later, considered as my 2nd report, which can be done online, or will it be considered as the 1st one after my re-entry then to be done only in person at CW ? Thanks
