  1. By the way, they told me an appointment was not needed on 28th to get my visa stamped on my passport. I guess therefore therefore will be no queue... but I wonder
  2. My feedback : I entered on visa exemption this week and went to Chaengwattana today (appointment on line). I will get my visa stamped on my passport on november 28th (it takes 18 days fro me) : I gave them all what they required, among : * a revenue statement from my embassy. * copy of TM30 * copy of AirBnb receipt for the next 30 days * copy of the main page of my passport along wih copy of my entry stamp. They mae a copy for me of revenue statement, stamped it and said I could use it again when I will ask later for an annual extension. I think I forget nothing. I came with my previous passport and therefore they asked for a copy of pages since 2019 when I had my first Non-O visa. Happily I had made these copies just in case. If I had not shownn that old passport, probably they wouldn't have asked for it. Normally french authorities now keep old passport, unless you still have a valid visa on it. With an appointment everything was done within 30 minutes. The BTS now goes almost to Chaengwattana, which is very convenient. In 2020 BTS line stopped at Kasetsart N13, now I can get off at Wat Phra Sri Mahathat N17, which is much closer to Chaengwattana, and even goes farther. Thanks to all for information and advices provided, Ubon Joe and Dr Jack54 among them.
  3. Hello, only a fine ? without risk of not getting visa or extension ? Paying an hotel which I don't need to avoid 2000 baht fine. I prefer to pay the fine
  4. 6 months I earlier spoke of getting a Non-O visa. I will ask a yearly extension, as I did before covid-19 period Anyway, you have to get a new TM30 anytime you change your place, don't you ?
  5. FritsSikkink says Bangkok immigration doesn't need it, so I will not do it myself Out of curiosity how do your tenants doit themselves ? By internet or going to Immigration ?
  6. Ok they must have got many fines before then. Immigration will not make it an issue to grant me a Non-O visa ? Do you have a legal link I could send to them, in case they ignore, but most probably they don't want. They answered me : Can I really do it myself ?
  7. I don't know yet if Immigration will require a TM30 when I go there to get a Non-O visa based on age. It's too late to change. I already booked with AirBnb It's only the second time I book AirBnb. In 2019 I first went to an AirBnb place then to an apartment hotel. I was never asked TM30 then. I just asked thistime because I read on this forum that Immigration will require it to issue a Non-O visa
  8. Hello, I am a little worried. I arrive in Bangkok monday and my AirBnb Host tells me they never make any TM30 and that I have to do it. Is it normal ? Thanks
  9. Thanks, will they keep my passport and give me some kind of receipt then ? Can it happen they refuse when you fulfill all requirements ? Just to know if it is wise to make contracts for several months (Fitness, school, housing,...) Can it be usefull to show my previous passport, with stamps, expired non-o visa and expired extensions ?
  10. I do not see any insurance requirement in this FOR RETIREMENT PURPOSES - 50 YEARS OLD (NON-O) DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED MORE THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE VISA EXPIRATION
  11. Hello, When entering visa exempt and applying for a Non-O 50 YEARS OLD visa, how many days after the application at Chaeng Wattana does it take to get that visa ? Thanks
  12. Following Putin's declaration of annexion (fake referendum) of Ukrainian territories, news tell that russian men up to 65 yo are not allowed to buy flight tickets to go abroad.
  13. If you enter visa exempt you need to have a return ticket before the visa exempt period expires (30 days or 45 days after oct. 1st in my case) it your airline checks you will be denied boarding, so better to have a flexible ticket I think and change the return date in case they check.
  14. I get that veirfication link when I try to sign in after creating my account. A pop-up windows tells: By the way, when creating may account my firstname which includes an hyphen "-" was refused. I have a coumpound first name and I had to merge the two parts, which means nothing and does notmatch which my passport ! The verification link cannot have expired. I received it in less than one minute and clicked on it instantly. Anytime Idid it again, I clicked on the linked instantly I cannot recreate with the same email, I get that error message : I asked for a new passwor many times : No change Thanks
  15. I did not use autofill and I cannot create another account with the same email address
  16. Hello, I created an account on Thai e-visa offical website, but when I want to sign in, and click on the verification link sent by email, I systematically get this error message : What can I do? Thanks
  17. I called up Air France twice. The first person, which obviously was not french, barely understood my question and told me I couldn't board without a return ticket within 30 days The second one told me it would depend upon the person at the check-in desk and that in case there would be an issue with my return ticket I could change it at this desk. She advised me not to change my return flight before I am asked to. In the meantime I tried to get an evisa, but when verifying my email address after creating an account, my email address is systematically refused (may be because there is an "-" in my adress ??) - My first name was refused as well due to an "-"
  18. Can't they see the flight ticket details on their computer without asking for the ticket ? I hope there will be no problem when checking in at airport with Air France
