Methinks you have been out in the sun too long .... waaaaaay tooooo loooong.
desert.... hardship.... budget? .... - Doesn't matter which girl you choose, she ain't gonna last long.
Ya meet some real weirdos in Thailand. Or are you smoking some exceptionally good weed?

She's gonna need one.

How are the company and the owner listed? It is very important to know if he is personally liable or if he is only mentioned as the owner/CEO/whatever on the contract.
It is not the owner that has to inform you about the liquidation, he has to tell the liquidator, and the liquidator will then inform the creditors. Be aware that the process of liquidation can take time - maybe the liquidator has not yet begun to inform you and the other creditors?
If the DBD says who the liquidator is, you can contact the liquidator and ask of the process, and if he knows about you.
I know nothing about Thai law, the above is from the way things work in most other countries.
This is Thailand.... he is gonna do a runner.

If you have specific plans, always best to give details.
Well, you asked for it! Bangkok - Munich for urgent medical treatment. (Help save Da Roadrunner).
Example of problem:- Eurowings website says no flights. Yet AOT say Eurowings have one departs tomorrow???
Problem part 2:- Can I get into Germany?
Take a look at the IATA website, click Germany on the map.
https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/international-travel-document-news/1580226297.htm
It says - “passengers ARRIVING from United Kingdom can enter“....... it does NOT say - ”NATIONALS OF.”
I am English but would be ARRIVING from Thailand. Would they let me in? -
Where can I find a list of which airlines are currently flying OUT of Thailand?

A Thai developer and his company owe me a substantial amount of money.
Who owes the money, the company or the person? If it is the company and he is about to declare bankruptcy you will find it hard to reclaim anything. In which case sue the man and you may get somewhere. There appears to be other collateral you could claim on.
Lawyers fees look extortionate. Try a different lawyer.

I have been here so long that this looks normal to me. Both drivers were asleep, brain in neutral..... Yeah normal - (for Thailand). Happens all the time.

so if found guilty , he gets fined, nominee gets fined and customers get what?
Shafted... That is one of the problems here. The Police / DSI will do nothing for you. Use your own lawyer to sue the guy .... lots o luck.
Never invest in property they have not yet built! And no, you cannot even trust your own lawyer to check all the property papers are in order. (Amazing Trusted Thailand)

I can just see a new visa requirement coming. If they think we are going to go for being shot up with a vaccine made by the Thais they are out of their minds.

Someone forgot to tell the TAT that there are no incoming flights. Duh. It hurts my brain.

So that's how you get a flight home during Covid.

The Thais are about to undo all the good work they have done in stopping the virus. Big mistake opening the door when Beijing has reported new infections and S. Korea is experiencing a second wave.
We could end up in lockdown again for months.

As I said in a previous post, shipping them back is doable but it can cost you the same as a human's air fare. x4, that gets pricey
Airline pricing varies a lot on critters. Shop around and it can be quite reasonable. I took a moggy by Korean Air to the States and it was not expensive. Only problem .... Koreans eat cats! I just told em I brought a packed lunch!

Flights not arriving does not mean there will be no flights out of the country. There are some available now.
Joe, where are you getting your info from?
Thanks

Obviously he had a bigger extension than you

Then there was the one with a larger garden hose.... or were you just not good at gardening?
I also used to have a dumb blond. She ran off with a soldier, the way I see it he did me a favour.

How can Thailand be so cold. Going to start calling us embassy bangkok, and Thai Immigrantion on a daily basis so they know my name and what the issue is. Does anybody think China is influencing Thailand on any decisions inside of Thailand? I do because China is financing many projects in the country
It would not surprise me if they let the Chinese in before us Filthy Farang.
All these restrictions and requirements for entry fly in the face of a recent statement that they intend to re-open Khaosarn Rd in August. Well thought out plan it is as usual.... Just how are the backpackers going to enter the country?
Obviously the current regs will have to go or no one will want to come here.
Had enough of living in a country run by morons. There are other places to go.

be aware that they will have to be quarantined upon arrival for 2 weeks.
What country did you fly to? The OP is discussing the USA and Thailand, both of which I have brought animals into without quarantine.
Thailand expects you to report to the airport vet on arrival. No quarantine required unless the animal is found to be ill. But I just hand carried mine straight through the green nothing to declare channel.
11 minutes ago, GinBoy2 said:I work for an airline, and the rules for shipping live animals are very strict.
Varies from one airline to another.
Note:- Check all the above with the airlines as it is years since I did it.

Typical Thailand.... Visit two different branches of the same bank and you can get two different answers. While at a third branch, the staff may just stare at you blankly as they have not got a clue.
Usually results in a phone call to head office along the lines of....I've got a Farang, what do I do?

Well out of interest yesterday I looked on an all inclusive site that I use occasionally
Spain obviously there as was Bulgaria, Cyprus (later in year) and others
All the destinations are for 11th July onwards
A link would be helpful.... Thanks.
I searched and found conflicting info. There are also airlines selling tickets, yet the airport website says they are not flying.
Chaos.
