It is more helpful than a realtor for this sort of thing. So one question I asked is if the house is in the ghetto. From what i skimmed of it, it sounded like a bunch of crying that Musk's platform has more influence than theirs. Give it time he is just warming up. Once he makes the super app, with access to robo taxis, Grok, Crypto, banking, etc he will become the world's first trillionaire. If Grok doesn't have the woke training wheels of ChatGPT it is easily going to become the world's most popular AI. This will mean Musk will basically be the de facto leader of the world.

Rhode Island, Maine, New Jersey combined is around 41 million. Each person owes around $107,000. So it would come to around $4.4 trillion. This would be due immediately as a lump sum. All federal government assets would have to be returned to the feds so anything not nailed down. Mineral rights do not convey. All federal proprerty remaining must be bought or leased. Ports, national parks etc. at fair market value. Federal waterways and such would have to remain the property of the USA. The newly formed utopia of Douchebag Liberia would be in terrible shape. Make anybody found using smugglers ineligible to be considered for entry. At some point if you are an able bodied adult you aren't a victim of smugglers but a willing participant in criminal activity.
