    But the signs are only in Thai,  English and Chinese,  they are not in Indian.

    BTW the signs are not in Koren either,  that explains why I see so many Korean tourists checking in and out at these condos :)

    You can set your minimum stay on Airbnb to 30 days,

    Airbnb is Legal in Thailand, what is illegal is the STR business, so any stay over 30 days is legal, many blocks of condo's in Bangkok banned Airbnb, also if the apartment building has Hotel license then it's ok to do STR's,

  3. It's engrained in Thai society you are not going to stop it, I've been around here long enough to see plenty of it going on, where do you start? Land department then you can go to the business development department and on the same soi is the labour department give them a visit, 

    You want a yellow book? now there's a story in Phuket, 

    I've seen this farang wait nearly 7 month for a work permit, obviously he didn't slip a few quid in the folder.

    What is illegal is STR no less than 30 days, without a license, Not just Airbnb that applies to all other OTA's, If you have a house or villa for rent you can still list it on Airbnb minimum stay being 30 days, you are not doing anything illegal.

    You would need a license, I dont know if a farang would get one, maybe not.

    BTW, his records at Nice FC and with the Ineos Grenadier cycling team (ex Sky) are not writ large with success.

    They should keep Amrabat it's taken a while for him to settle in but he has been played out of position in the right position he is a warrior and to replace him United would have to pay double that.

    On the game, the first half they dominated the game could have been 3- nil, both goals they sliced citys defense wide open, over the season were was this United team? 

    Over the 2 season ETH has gained some valuable experience also so in his defense that is worth considering, get rid of the plonkers that need to be gone, 

    I think it was a brilliant all round game, and a mention for Hojland around the 95th minute he picks the ball up and runs at citys defense still going for goal,
