Biden suggests voting for Republicans is a threat to democracy
scorecard replied to onthedarkside's topic in World News
So why haven't these folks laid out solid factual evidence of votes being stolen, vote numbers bein falsified/manipulated (by Americans and/or by the Chinese etc)? They've had plenty of opportity and plenty of time to lay it all out. They have laid out some 'evidence' but it falls apart in a second and the folks 'laying it out' have zero credibility. The balls in their court, what are they waiting for to prove their claims? -
Transport Minister inspects Suvarnabhumi Airport

That's the key item, presentation; must be over the top beautiful, never mind if it works. -
Very true of course and on the opposite side of the picture you can arrive at many very busy international airports where, every time, you join a line which seems increadably long but within maybe 10 minutes your through and your luggage is on the carousel waiting for you to take it. One such airport (increadable numbers of arriving flights and passengers 24/7) is Shanghai in China. And plenty of English spoken.

I had the same problem. Re-send... I found an easy remedy: - As you would do in any approach put the cursor just before the first letter of the text you want to highlight. - Now hold down one of the 'Shift' buttons. - Now run your mouse along whatever you want to highlight. It's working with no bumps, so far so good...

But what if their claims about 'stolen votes' etc., are well proven to have no validity? -
...and support for Russia.

COMFORT ZONE ETC. I did my 2 years back in Syndey renting a small apartment in a War Veterans Village (I am a Vn Vet.) Folks asked where I had been living (they clearly meant where living nearby). I responded 'living and working In Thailand'. Quite a few times people quickly changed the subject because they had no clue whatever where Thailand was and I also changed the subject. On one occasion I got a comment 'can you take a bus from Thailand to Sydney?' -
My Thai son was taking vans with wife and 2 kids a few years back between Chonburi city and Bangkok. Before he got on board he would quietly ask other passengers about the driver. If negative comments they quickly withdrew with an excuse like 'friend just called will be here 5 minutes from now' and disappear. Is they did board and driver not safe/texting etc. Son would quickly request a stop in the next town etc., when out of the van give some money and quickly disappear. He was lucky he always had some extra cash in his pocket/phone if needed to hire an individual van etc.

I see another factor - why not offer student loans which the student can reduce / cancel by producing and implementing very highly innovate 'items' which are very highly valuable to society? A twist of this, in some countries universities offer students/teams the free use of the uni resouces to expand/build their ideas, in cases where a uni academic/supporters team see the possibility of very high contributions to society. In one case, if the innovations is implemented and produces very hugh value the uni gets some form of return on their 'investment'. Incentive for the uni to go all out to help.

What's the point? Trying to push people to love Thailand? Is that the expected purpose of / the value from the APEC group meetings and discussions.

And maybe the baby sitter hated dogs, all dogs and was violent to the dog, maybe she kicked the dog continuously. Who knows. Reality is that in all of these cases the real truth is not known, fake stories can easily be 'constructed' and lies and untruths seem to abound nowadays, especially in the US.
