Well I drink 2 medium size mugs of fresh coffee every morning. Nothing later, but I will go back to 1 mug every morning (7.00 - 8.00 am) see if that helps. I guess Lipton tea same affect.

80 coming very soon. For several years have to get up 2 to 4 times every evening to urinate. Experiencing many of the usual symptoms; want to pee but nothing / very little comes out... I think it all done but within a couple of minutes need to urinate again, etc. A few weeks ago had a PSA blood test. Result was below the usual number for my age. I plan to soon get a full testing and hopefully some treatment / medication (if that's possible). Any members successfully using any medications? Or can you recommend a suitable doctor in Chiang Mai. I recall when I was on active service in Sth. Vietnam a rambo wannabee sergeant was on a rope dangling under a helicopter gunship which was flying upwards and sideways to try to avoid enemy fire from the ground.
