  1. Sort of like retiree expats. But younger and with some future prospects.
  2. The only person seeing Nazi style stuff is you. It's a character flaw. When the only tool you have is a hammer, everything you see is a nail.
  3. Not at all. I am wary of random links. Who knows where it will direct me too. Online security shouldn't be taken lightly. We many threads on here about scams and scammers. I don't test fate.
  4. My reading skills are fine. Your communication skills, however, appear to be somewhat lacking
  5. I was responding to you. Noone else. As far as I can ascertain the OP hasn't responded in any way. He never does.
  6. Eat it with beans, Michelin style.
  7. How can anyone know they don't like it until after they have read it?
  8. Err,no. The role of government agencies is to implement government policies.
  9. True, I spent 5 years there. No hurry to go back just yet.
  10. Living the dream.
  11. Nonsense. Tourists don't even know or care about expats. Not on their radar. Most get 60 days visa exempt on arrival. And most enjoy their experience. The reality is expats are irrelevant to the Thai economy despite as much as the said expats want to believe it so. They could all leave tomorrow and it would not make an iota of difference to the Thai economy. Somehow retirees think they grace Thailand with their presence is important. It is not.
  12. He's too thick to understand basic geography.
  13. As long as you like civil war, Burma is the go to country.
  14. You posted a movie. Which I will not click on. What is the point of this thread?
  15. Not likely a gas explosion in a hard rock mine. More likely someone stuffed up with ANFO or similar. It happens. Most mines are evacuated, these days, before a blast to ensure safety. I guess we will find out what happened, eventually. Sorry if I sound cynical, but I grew up in Aussie mining towns and lost a few friends in the 1970's. Much safer these days, after the loss of life became political rather than a simple cost of doing business.
  16. It's his uncontrollable urge for one-upmanship that is seen in every post he makes.
  17. Standard overnight rate for an average is 3000 baht. No airfares. Go for it. Cheap fun. Don't get too concerned about other guys. Root and run....send her back.
  18. Close your eyes and dive in....you only live once. Or spend your life masturbating on online forums telling all and sundry about the girl you never got. Get stuck in Cammy , it's oniy .20 k
  19. Have read about posters on here driving into Malaysia. At the border a machine is used to test the amount of light passing through any tint. Too much tint equals problems.
  20. Used to be able to pay extra for a 'guest'. Personally I think Nana hotel is great. Far enough back from the road to be fairly quiet but a short walk into Soi 4. Agree with the room renovations. Do see some sights though. Now they have short time rooms it's even better, no need to bring a guest into your actual room. All the necessary things nearby for a short stay, pharmacy, 7/11, MacDonald's.
  21. She ain't no virgin. You however.....?
  22. I'm 68, ready, willing and financially able. Why do you ask? Send me her details if you don't want her.
  23. Send me her details. Sounds like a bargain to me.
