I often spend hours trading online, and I've noticed more and more that I start to get what I would call a light eye ache after 1 or 2 hours. I see there are protective eye glasses that presumably are there to protect your eyes from damage if using a computer screen for a long time. I guess that there is nothing to protect from focusing on one spot 2 or 3 feet away from your eyes for hours, but possibly from the glare or whatever. Do they actually work, or are they nonsense? How do they work? What do they stop from happening in real scientific terms? TIA.
