Crop prices have gone down so the farmers who took out bank loans need to sell up to repay the bank which has the land as security for the loan. The alternative is to let the bank keep the land and they pay the owner the banks minimal valuation of the land minus the loan-plus-interest.
It seems to me a lot of Th people invest a lot ( loan or not ) in farming land, from my own personal experiences they never made any Bath out of it. Already a long time pre-covid. Once the labor, etc is paid there is hardly anything left, being it rice, rubber, sugarcane, peanuts, etc.. Hardly a surprise if you look at the revenue and living circumstances of farmers even in Eu.

Being part of Management I agree.... Remarks about Alcohol + BBQ = Damage are ludicrous....Any accident needs 3 ingredients.
Having a BBQ or / and alcohol doesn't make you an idiot....

If you have the slightest problem and you use an agency, the airline's response will be to ask you to contact the agency, which is easier said than done in many cases, especially if you need to rebook quickly.
For me, it's direct bookings only.
The same with car hire.
Same here, always booked directly with Airline....

As you say Most but not all, the same goes for allowing animals such as dogs t also reside in your premises. My neighbor in the penthouse next to me has a Belgian Malinois and the other Penthouse owner, who owns the entire other side of the building has a French bulldog he just bought. Yes I know it is off-topic. However, the owner of the third penthouse unit also has a large charcoal smoker barbeque he uses when he cooks his roasted pork and duck.

NO problem as long as all the smoke is vented and goes directly into your condo room for you to be affiliated by.

This is NOT the "condominium act", it is part of " rules " decided at the AGM of the committee.... Besides the OP was saying he was having BBQ in an open area, not in his condo or balcony.....

I will be getting 1st Pfizer jab on thursday,
Thai's seem to think you cannot have a beer before getting the vaccine .... ( like 5 days before )
I find this hard to believe .....
anyone know if it's ok to have alcohol even up to the day of the jab ??
thanks.
I just found this ....
The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) - the body that approved both the AstraZeneca/Oxford vaccine and the Pfizer/Moderna vaccine for use - has stated that “there is currently no evidence that drinking alcohol interferes with the efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccines. We would advise anyone concerned about this to talk to their healthcare professional.”
So essentially, there is currently no reason to believe that drinking alcohol hampers the way with the vaccination.
If you consider Sang Som to be alcohol, no problem. I had a shot of it before the 1st injection ( preventive ) and the rest of the bottle after it. ( desinfectant ) 555555

Not sure, but I think it can be obtained from a Dr at a hospital , basically you are fit to fly, no underlying problems to prevent you getting on a plane, HTH ????
Absolutely, this is obtained by any doctor. Pre-Covid it was required by some airline companies for pregnant women.

4 days after my Pfizer I suddenly got a high fever shaking like i never had before. So much so that the first few minutes i had trouble breathing. Then a 1.5 days of fever and shivering. Then it was done. I was a bit surprised by the delayed action.
I would take the vaccine again in a heartbeat. Will get my second shot next week.
I agree completely, even if I didn't experience any side effects, they seem to be ' possibly ' appearing with any vaccine, eg Yellow fever, etc. And nothing a 3rd shot ( booster ) of Sang Som can overcome....
