Usually such sale is not made toooooo public as it involves faces and the loss thereof. Remember the tremendous area of land which changed hands after tsunami 2004 along the west coast from Phuket upto Takuapa. Some land plots got sold at the price of a new fishing boat .........

It is always the same, those at the bottom of the ladder get wet first!

    And probably drown unfortunately.....

As you say Most but not all, the same goes for allowing animals such as dogs t also reside in your premises.  My neighbor in the penthouse next to me has a Belgian Malinois and the other Penthouse owner, who owns the entire other side of the building has a French bulldog he just bought.  Yes I know it is off-topic.  However, the owner of the third penthouse unit also has a large charcoal smoker barbeque he uses when he cooks his roasted pork and duck.

I will be getting 1st Pfizer jab on thursday,

Thai's seem to think you cannot have a beer before getting the vaccine .... ( like 5 days before )

I find this hard to believe .....

anyone know if it's ok to have alcohol even up to the day of the jab  ??

    thanks.

    I just found this ....

The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) - the body that approved both the AstraZeneca/Oxford vaccine and the Pfizer/Moderna vaccine for use - has stated that “there is currently no evidence that drinking alcohol interferes with the efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccines. We would advise anyone concerned about this to talk to their healthcare professional.”

So essentially, there is currently no reason to believe that drinking alcohol hampers the way with the vaccination.

If you consider Sang Som to be alcohol, no problem. I had a shot of it before the 1st injection ( preventive ) and the rest of the bottle after it.  ( desinfectant ) 555555

Not sure, but I think it can be obtained from a Dr at a hospital , basically you are fit to fly, no underlying problems to prevent you getting on a plane, HTH ????

Absolutely, this is obtained by any doctor. Pre-Covid it was required by some airline companies for pregnant women.

4 days after my Pfizer I suddenly got a high fever shaking like i never had before. So much so that the first few minutes i had trouble breathing. Then a 1.5 days of fever and shivering. Then it was done. I was a bit surprised by the delayed action.

I would take the vaccine again in a heartbeat. Will get my second shot next week.

I agree completely, even if I didn't experience any side effects, they seem to be ' possibly ' appearing with any vaccine, eg Yellow fever, etc. And nothing a 3rd shot ( booster ) of Sang Som can overcome....
