Throwing up smoke screens by using 70%, when in actual fact only 6% of population are fully vaccinated, they must think everybody is as stupid as them, reminds me of somebody????

You can tell when a corrupt and inept government is in trouble, as they try to silence the world on their massive failure to run a country and protect its citizens????????

And you do not think that all provinces report? We are talking about laboratory confirmed cases like in any other country.
Would you mind posting your supporting documents confirming that ALL cases are being reported!
Much appreciated

Do you think all the covid measures are paid in dollars or Baht ? Baht of course as the Thai government almost has no dollar costs. Exports are more then imports so there is a surplus of dollars the moment they exchange it for Thai baht they increase the value of the Thai Baht.
Maybe you should study more. I am an accountant and tax advisor with an university degree in accounting. Not sure what your field is but its not economics.
Kindly send me your company name so that I can avoid using your services????

I guess you don't understand one bit of it. If they have dollars and they want to help people in Thailand they will use baht. So they will be buying baht with dollars so that would increase the demand for baht. Only if imports exceed exports will the baht drop more. As imports are usually paid in dollars or euros exports will go mainly in baht.
Where did you study economics ?
Why would they buy baht to help Thais, where are they helping Thai citizens……..sorry you keep missing the point perhaps I should use easier language so you understand the point????

Let me try to figure that one out. If you sell off dollars who they have according to you and buy baht to spend in Thailand then the Baht would increase its value as there is more demand. So something in your story does not make sense.
They are not buying baht, why would they as it’s not a “world” currency????

I really do not understand economics, so can someone explain how the baht holds strong at just under 33 to 1 USD? I mean if manufacturers aren't producing, then that stands to reason there are little to no exports. People within the borders are consuming. and possibly more dependent on imports, produce, and fuel. How does the baht stay at its point if the media already labels it worse than 1998?
Simple answer is that the Government is sitting on millions and millions of US dollars and refuse to spend them on the pandemic or anything else for that matter????It’s a false economy that props up the baht and keeps control of the Thailand cash????????????

Not sure how this works but double vaxed tourists who want to come to Thailand are not the real problem. So let them come. Their choice. The problem with the "sand boxes" is the diversion of scare vaccines away from the old etc who are now filling the hospitals and crematorium.
Maybe double vaxed tourists not main problem or maybe they are???? Vaccinated people can still carry and spread the virus, Phuket is full of Thai people with one or two Sinovac jabs, which apparently not very good against delta variant???? Also many Phuket residents not Evan vaxed with Sinovac so this was always going to be a melting pot????Greed overrides caution in Thailand and this is what happens total cluster*uck

I wonder what data he got ?
Get 10 million in a month and vaccinate 1 mill per day ... that month gonna be over very soon .
That must be based on the new maths that we don’t know about????????????

The doctors don't understand. The vaccines are a gift from the US to the Thai government, not to the Thai people or Thai doctors. The US will hope to get some kind of benefit from capitulating so readily to the government's requests that there should be no conditions.
This is not a gift to the corrupt Thai and incompetent government it is a gift to the Thai people with purpose????

Why not, it has been a huge success and a role model for the rest of the country.
Yep????nothing like inviting tourists to a Covid country that is a complete disaster and where vaccine rollout is a failure???? Vaccinated people can carry the virus so where is the safety net for Thai people????????????

The Peter Principle is a concept in management developed by Laurence J. Peter, which observes that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to their "maximum level of incompetence": employees are promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent, as skills in one job do not necessarily translate to another.- 2

There is a world of difference between people that refuse to get any vaccination and people that question the need for a specific vaccine.
But i guess your taking your annual flu shot too.
I took a flu shot once when working at a ski resort, first time I had to miss work because I got the flu real bad that year, never had flu or a flu shot since????

What do you have to say about the UK & US governments SM?
What I would say is that their vaccine rollout is a million times better than Thailand’s, you might want to rethink those numbers very soon as UK & US have done a 1000 times the testing that Thailand has done and not heard of dead bodies in the street yet????

Massive fail by the incompetent government who are watching Thailand spiral into a catastrophic disaster as soon they will be at 50,000 new cases a day, perhaps by August 01. It’s headed for over 100,000 per day with no plan! Lockdowns alone will not solve it, they need to spend some of that money they hold in reserve because propping up the Baht won’t help Thailand survive this disaster???? All I hear is going to, looking at, talking with when it comes to buying vaccine……….time for action????

This is probably right. 3 months to slow down the spread of the delta variant, giving more time to vaccinate as many people as possible, might just pull Thailand through to the other side, but vaccination efforts must expand and run 7 days per week not 5 days then 2 pointless days at the weekend
And what are they going to vaccinate people with Gatorade????

Wouldn’t it be a better idea to focus on getting on top of the pandemic???? It should be the only priority and I find it very alarming that the military not police were going around restaurants in Phuket (Boat Avenue) checking that alcohol was not being served after 9 pm.

I’m not sure that a dying/dead person is left laying in the street for 12 hours in many civilized countries????

State of emergency got another 2 months while they keep opening up to tourists, talk about mixed messages???? Clearly the Whac-A-Mole approach to handling the pandemic hasn’t worked but let’s keep doing it, Einstein comes to mind, height of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result????
