Sorry to jump on your post but does anybody know if I can extend my Non O visa outside of Thailand as it runs out in July, its a married visa but im stuck in the UK, is there any grace period as I can not get back yet.
As far as I'm aware, extensions can only be achieved at IO offices in Thailand. You will probably have to apply for a new single entry non O and go through the process again when you can eventually come back.
I say "single entry", as I'm of the opinion from posts, that that is all overseas Embassies an Consulates are now offering in non O form.
If you've yet to see it, this thread will give you an inkling of the possible obstacles to overcome trying to return as well. Good Luck with it all!!

Along with many othesr my Visa extension expires on July 31st
Do you mean the amnesty on your expired permission to stay ends on July 31st or did you win the lottery and have an actual visa/extension expiry date of 31 July?
With the former, unless the amnesty's extended, AFAIK you'd be expected to leave the country by midnight that day or be on overstay.
If the latter you've got all of July to apply for your extension of stay on an original long stay Visa. I don't expect there to be any extra extensions available of VOA's or TR visas that expired months ago sorry......

So the abuse, ongoing suffering and obliteration of the Marshalls and their people is just far leftist narrative and ok by you then? Rightio......

Just to round out the many and varied terms from around the world re Thai catapaults; I'm rather taken aback that no one's mentioned "Gings".

Did you get your Residency Certificate on the day of application? If so you received it through the expedited process which is available at some offices for a fee. Some agents will also provide them for a much larger fee on the day. Whilst some offices don't provide the service and you are to return in one month's time to collect your free certificate. Getting what you pay for is hardly getting ripped off.....

Australians can leave the country, either with an exemption or without if you meet the criteria. Of course getting in to a S.E. Asian country at the moment will be a much more significant challenge for non nationals.
-
If you wish to enter Cambodia you will need to:
- get a visa before arrival — the visa exemption policy, visa on arrival and e-visa arrangements are suspended indefinitely
- get a medical certificate, no longer than 72 hours prior to the date of travel, from a competent health authority stating you do not have COVID-19
- have proof of insurance that includes a minimum of US$50,000 for medical cover.
The restrictions on travellers coming from, and nationals of, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the USA and Iran have been lifted.
All foreigners arriving in Cambodia will now be subject to a COVID-19 test at a facility near the airport (as well as requiring a Covid negative test before flying). You will be required to remain at this facility until the results are known, which may include an overnight stay. If you test positive, you will be required to quarantine for 14 days at a facility designated by the Cambodia government. This may be at a hotel (at your own expense) or at a Government facility. The conditions at government facilities are very basic and we cannot guarantee that families will be kept together. If you test negative, you will be required to quarantine for 14 days at your own accommodation. You will be expected to comply with these requirements regardless of any existing medical needs you may have. If you are not able to submit to these requirements, you should think carefully about whether to travel to Cambodia at this time.

The only restirction is for arrivals.
Depending on your particular circumstances you may be required to apply for an exemption to leave Australia.
Of course you also need a country willing to accept you, unless your plan is to live in a transit airport.....Changi

Right, so the death of a black American man is the trigger point for Australians to protest about 432 aboriginals dying in custody over the past 20 years.
And the protests in every other corner of the western world are because? Because they can, because they want to, because they're bored too. Least Aussies have got some skin in the game......you obviously have NFBI about the situation on the ground or history behind it, and I'm not about to waste any more of my time to try and enlighten you!

Would they need 100k corona insurance and a health-cert to come back into Thailand after their visa run?
YES
@ubonjoe has answered this already and stated it's speculation at this stage. So why try to push a barrow you have no idea of the contents? Just to create fear......some people don't scare easily; sorry about that.

"No need to do ninety day reporting." So would you please tell me who you think it actually applies to; if not Non Imm O & OA holders?
I have an active online report awaiting a reply; if none is forthcoming my attitude will be they aren't being processed and I believe I will definitely be covered by the amnesty through having an extension of stay based on an O-A. The graphic states clearly "No need to do ninety day reporting."

In other words, USERS don't burn bridges? Tough luck ol' chap if it gets burnt from the other end!!
Some bridges are meant, and best to be burnt, so that it does leave only YOU; it also puts an end to any silly notions of regret and if only.
Burnt bridges are not for everyone though, especially co dependent people; they'd never cope being truly alone!!
