Am I reading these charts wrong? Are these number not real?

Some time ago I checked condo prices kilometers away from where I live now, which I think about as the center of town. The prices don't get much lower until far away from the center.
For me it makes no sense to live somewhere (a little) cheaper and then traveling every day an hour or more for various reasons.
Maybe you like On Nut, but better think twice where you want to and have to go all the time.
The condo prices get lower the further away you go from lower Sukhumvit area. I think those differences are quite large.
And it depends on what you see as center. In the past year I was in the lower Sukhumvit area only 2 times. I don't really know what to do there. And I don't know anyone who works there. Most people I know are free to choose where they work. And those who do have to go to the office do not go to the lower Sukhumvit area. It is also an expensive place for companies.

Could you say that On Nut is the last BTS station after Asok that is not too Thai?
When I think of the things that make On Nut easy to live in, it is mainly things that are not Thai. You cannot think of a Tesco Lotus as something that represents Thai culture. The same you can say about the condo's.
I also noticed that the street food is very westernized. Not in a bad way. But I can remember often having trouble buying food in other places, mainly because there are much things I don't recognize as food. Or you see a place where they sell food, but you have no idea about how to order because there are no photos, no menu, and they only speak Thai. I've never had that problem in On Nut.- 4

On Nut is ok, there are nice condos, a Tesco Lotus, Big-C and a lot of street food. But not sure if you can call it mostly Thai. Here a video calling Asok the worst neighborhood, and On Nut the best neighborhood to live in.

I already have a new blue passport & living in Thailand couldn't care less / won't expect to be any slower passing through any european border than it is when entering LoS; especially when this covid lark is lifted.
You don't know yet that you will probably need a visa + proof of income of the last year + health insurance + booked accommodation for the duration of your stay including proof of payment ?

Are the offers comparable other then the speed of internet? Sometimes packages include a sim + television, sometimes not.
I know that in the past AIS was always easy when you wanted to change a package. At least when I tried and wanted to pay more for a better deal.
If you really want 200 mbps I would go to their service center and ask about it.

It is alarming that people who read this "newspaper" have the right to vote.
In fact, they should put people like this on an island and not let them go for the rest of their lives.
Brexit is not such a bad idea at all.

COUNTRIES are "queuing up" to quit the EU, with the Netherlands at the front and Finland not far behind, a Finnish MEP has claimed, suggesting there is "no future" for the bloc in its current guise.
PUBLISHED: 10:43, Thu, Oct 22, 2020 | UPDATED: 14:16, Thu, Oct 22, 2020You are quoting populist newspaper spreading false rumours. Honestly even calling this "newspaper" a newspaper is already a joke.
18% of Dutch people favour leaving the EU. A couple of % has no opinion, and the other ones are against.

After talking with some pro Brexit supporters from the UK I learned 1 thing. FACTS do not matter. It is not surprising that the UK is such a mess.
I am going to spend my time in a better way. And I pray for a NO DEAL Brexit.

Of course, some members will say the opposite. Hence my point that the EU is divided. I never claimed they ALL think the same thing.
I quoted 3 MEP's to show that there is real division there, and you have inadvertently proved my point.
You quoted 3 of 751 and make the conclusion that there is real division? Would you make the same conclusion if 3 people in the British parliament say something?

Believe me. Every country has to agree. They all have to vote in their own parliaments in their own countries. And if any of the EU members does not agree there will be no deal.
I really feel like talking to a Trump supporter.

I didn't know that. The only thing I see are some desperate British people here who see it as a sign that there can be an agreement. I really hope we passed that point.

We call that selective quotation. Apparently the British need that because much more is not available ????
I really hope so much for a NO DEAL Brexit.

From the clips I saw from the European Parliament, the member states themselves are now openly fed up with the EU's refusal to compromise. They are not impressed with Barnier using their industries as a bargaining chip in a negotiation where he has clearly over-reached.
The pressure has built on Barnier and the lid is coming off. In my opinion, that is what has changed.
That is just your opinion, and nothing more than that.
Public opinion is now against any deal with the UK.

Italy and Hungary will not leave. Both countries get more than they give. Italy will be bankrupt the day after they leave.
Probably you wish for the EU to fall apart, but I don't believe that it will happen soon. Especially not if you look at the economic mess the UK has to deal with now.

How is it that you thought Emirates was stricter than Etihad ?
I flew with Etihad some weeks ago from Bangkok to Europe. They required a Covid test, not because my destination country wanted that, but because they don't allow people in the airplane without a test. And they don't allow people at the airport in Abu Dhabi without a test. So if you fly with Etihad you need a test. They have a pdf on their website with a big list with approved facilities in BKK.
I talked to someone who was flying with Emirates, and he also needed a test, for flying, not because his destination country wanted that. He told me that Emirates only accepted Covid tests from government hospitals in Bangkok. That really limits your choices.
But I quickly checked the Emirates website and they write: "The COVID‑19 PCR test is no longer required for all passengers". So probably they changed the rules.
So if you fly with Emirates you are lucky. Or not of course. It really depends on who is sitting next to you ????

You have to ask the airline. I know Etihad requires a Covid test, else you will not be allowed to fly. You also have to ask what they accept. Etihad had a list with approved facilities. Emirates was much more strict and limited.
I paid 3000 Baht in BKK for a Covid test. They came to my condo, and the result was brought the day after by courier.

I know nothing about the procedure in Norway. But I checked the procedure of the Thai consulate in the Netherlands... There the procedure consists of several "steps".
First you have to prove that you can apply for a visa.
After they checked this you have to book a flight + hotel
After they checked that you will get the permission to go.
So there is no risk that you will pay for a hotel only to hear that you cannot go because there is some problem with your visa.
Is the procedure in Norway so different?
Why does the UK suffer such huge death rates from Covid?

Do you have sources for your statement?
What I read is very different:
Over the past few weeks, mortality in the Netherlands has been higher than the average figures recorded in previous years. There were 3,575 deaths in week 12 (ending 22 March). This is 443 more than the average weekly figure in the first ten weeks of this year. For week 13 (ending 29 March), the number of deaths is estimated at around 4,300. The estimate has been based on the number of death certificates received by Statistics Netherlands (CBS) for week 13. These figures have been reported by CBS and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) on the basis of national provisional counts of the number of deaths per week.
