If you stay more than 1 night you can also leave it on the first day. A nice tip can also help to get your room really cleaned for the duration of your stay.

I think looking for something cheaper if money is tight shows great responsibility.
I know that in my condo building in BKK there are a lot of advertisements at the reception. Prices went down at least 1/3 in the last half year. Owners know that. You have something with 1/3 discount in a minute. And moving means just putting your things in the elevator to another floor.
The owner knows... If he lets you go he has to give the discount anyway, and probably also lose a couple of months rent. Because despite the discounts a lot of condos are for rent already for months.

You can also do it in a different way. Tell your landlord that you are having a difficult time at the moment, and that you will probably cancel the rent because you have to look for something cheaper.
It is like asking for a discount, but in a different way.

Immigration faces an undeserved bad rap on here because too many people think, or post like they make policy.
They do make policy. How else can it be that there are different rules in different immigration offices ?

Land borders are closed. But heard about people just walking through the forest, crossing the Thai-Cambodia border, and back.

Thanks... Hmmm, called Emirates and they confirmed "it has to be government hospital"...
I flew with Etihad, they have a list with "List of Certified Covid-19 PCR TEST Centers (Approved by the Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health)" https://www.etihad.com/content/dam/eag/etihadairways/etihadcom/Global/pdf/travel-guidelines/approved-test-centres-bangkok.pdf
I used Prolab, it was on the list. But this is a list used by Etihad.
I choose this lab because it was the cheapest I could find, others asked 2x 3x more. And service was good, testing at home, and the result in 24 hours by courier. And same evening by email.

If they fly from BKK maybe something in BKK is an option? I used https://www.vfsglobal.com/en/individuals/covid-test.html I paid 3000 Baht, which included taking the test at home, and a courier brought the result next day to my home. The lab they use, Prolab, is an approved facility.

Something? Anything? It seems Trump supporters just don't want to see the truth.
Trump is a scammer, a liar. Where is the successful businessman?

$1 million will give you a EU passport in Malta. After which you can live anywhere in the EU, and work as much as you want, for the rest of your life.

Since NGV is a type of gas lighter than the air, compression is needed to obtain a volume sufficient for combustion. Gas compression is carried out in cubic meter unit (m3), whereas 1 m3 is approximately equivalent to 1 kilogram. The kilogram unit is therefore used in NGV sale.
I drove about 500.000 km on that gas. And I always paid per litre. That was also always mentioned at the gasstation. It is good to hear that I saw this wrong all my life, and the gasstations always mentioned this wrong ????
Litres, you see?

Indeed... Gas is too volatile and thus 10 litres at midday has less calorific value than 10 liters at night
Gas is sold in litres, and the temperature is always the same. It is kept cold and pressurized.

Strange how all those so called refugees are all heading to Britain as opposed to Europe...... I wonder why ? Etc,etc,etc,......
Controls 40% of the world finance? It means that they are allowed to look after Russian maffia money?
Just check economic figures like GDP, economic output and compare the UK with other countries in northern Europe. The UK is poor, compared to other countries in Europe. It is a FACT.
Also look at the figures about refugees. 99% of them don't go to the UK but stay in other countries. They are not heading to the UK. Again another FACT based on numbers.
Better to argue just based on facts and numbers. And not on false statements.

Yes. The UK is a poor country compared to most other northern European countries.
Compare economic figures of the UK with Germany, NL etc and you will see yourself.
And you can also see it when you leave the center of London. The center looks nice, but once you leave it you see the desperation, the poverty.
Fortunately you can dream about a wonderful past when the UK ships ruled the waves and the UK still had some industry ????

After Brexit everything will be better for the UK. They can blame nobody for their poverty anymore. They will have control over their own fishing water and the UK industry will florish like it never did before.

But you can be sure that the factory where the airplane was made has German or Chinese owners now. Little is left of the UK industry.

I would bet you are just making this up. Were this true, they would not be able to rent a car in the UK.
In many countries you can drive with a foreign license for 3 months. After that you need a local license.
So there is a difference between renting a car for some weeks as a tourist and using a Thai license or buying a car and trying to get insurance. The last thing you probably will not do if you stay for less than 3 months.

Yes, they ask this. And they are allowed to ask this, and much more.
But this doesn't give the UK the right to violate treaties.

Amazing, 40000 Baht is E 1078. The same model is sold in Europe for E 1609. https://www.decathlon.nl/p/mountainbike-all-mountain-100s-29/_/R-p-X8586941

A digital infrared thermometer only receives, it does not send anything.
a quick translation: "The infrared thermometer works on the basis of infrared radiation. Every substance (medium) emits infrared radiation. The lens of the infrared thermometer collects this radiation. The amount of radiation received is a measure of the measured surface temperature."

And there is also not much floating there.
If you do not want to pay you can follow the road, pass the paid entrance at the right. After a couple of minutes walking you will see that there are more entrances, where you can go in without paying.

Crocodile farm
That is not a place you should go to. Unless you like animal cruelty. Crocodiles being swung around by their tails, filthy living conditions of the animals, Elephants being abused. Really extreme. Amazing that this place is allowed to stay open.

Any other mainstream companies?
I have expat health insurance (a Dutch company, only for Dutch people). I called them and they are willing to send me a letter saying that Covid is covered. It is covered anyway, also without that letter. But they are willing to confirm this.
