  1. I have never understood the criminal mind.
  2. I had termites in a 12th floor concrete condo in Hawaii where all species are invasive. Came up from under the floor where they ate carpet tacking strips, wood doors/trim and furniture
  3. "Don't do the crime if you can't do the time" Is it really worth it?
  4. Who come to Monger ? They are the biggest groups of working expats in Thailand.
  5. I just went thru the list after I did the legal name change in US and got a new US passport. It was not a problem. I was told by my bank manager that in Thailand people also change their names a lot! Starting with bank accounts, then land office condo registration, drivers licenses, 3bb, etc. Even changed my name on The One Card. To amend officially my condo Chanote I had to go to the US Consulate and swear an affidavit in English, and get an official Thai translation to present to the land office Copies of that were helpful with other offices and institutions.
  6. Thanks. Well he really over did it then shotgun gun blast heavy hitting .45 and Some 9mm must be trying to make a point. I thought 11mm maybe some obscure French or German 20th century service round gained popularity here somehow?
  7. Women change their name due to marriage. Not a big deal just make a list and go step by step updating every id, account, and card with actual legal name. Takes a while. Not sure why the OP has a US passport with what sounds like a nickname.

  11. Why debtors prisons need to be re-established so the losses can be worked off.
  12. 215 pounds? Maybe at the Wharton school before his "bone spurs" acted up. Obviously they did not weigh Trump and took his word for it. Just another lie. Sandbagging at least 100 pounds of jiggling lard.
  13. She stays with you only when she does not have a better place to stay, where she is getting worn out.
  14. Across Suk 11 near ALOFT BKK.
  15. Are they among the “good foreigners” throwing around large tips?
  16. Fascinating article. A truly vile history. I had no idea, as the history of the Pullman car porters has normally been presented in a somewhat revisionist version.
  17. Have you had the experience in a market where a trader asks your wife right in front of you “Auntie, help me get some ngung off this buffalo”? Then she responds this “buffalo” is my husband and it’s my money too!

  21. The tipping Farang remains in his comfort zone Please leave Americanisms where they come from
  22. They would be saying that here now in a near exact situation. If the for example the guy had been a BLM supporter, Islamist, simply had dark skin, or threatened GOP types. It is all extreme partisanship and hateful bias now. Fueled by fake media
  23. I would be more worried about flooding. Location or live in a high rise condo We had a fire in ours though some years back when some frang did a drunk barbecue (not allowed at all)bon his balcony then fell asleep. Fortunately it was contained.
  24. Many of these incidents show Thai police know how to properly deal with the deranged In the US this guy would have been body slammed by 6 cops if not tased or shot dead.
