This is all very well, but around here, 200 plus houses have 20 pick ups/cars.
most have motor bikes that would have been crushed years ago in other countries. Those who don't have them have to borrow from those who do have them. Bicycles, rarely seen. Except perhaps before 8am and after 5pm.
how about articles on electric bikes...insurance, tax, range, charging, etc?

Investigating some opportunities, I came across a Facebook business page that linked a website.
the Facebook page was great, lots of info, videos...I
Last posting was 2015.I
The linked website did not exist. Website address was available to buy....
Trust, but verify and caveat emptor. Etc...

Why call it Winter? I thought Thailand had 3 seasons, hot, wet and cold. Not bloody spring, summer, autumn and winter.
Anyways, Astronomical winter, in the northern hemisphere starts on the winter solstice. In UK, there is also meteorological winter starting 1 December. Go figure.

I don't recall this status stopping the copying of clothes, handbags, cds, etc. Screw the world, make your own genetic drug. Thailand has many experienced drug makers, they can produce enough for the world.

Armed Forces Commander General Chalermpol Srisawat, who is in charge of overseeing security during the current “emergency situation”, issued a ban on Thursday on public gatherings or activities which may risk the spread of COVID-19 or increase public suffering.
The armed forces commander can do such a thing? Jeepers. Is there no civilian government here to do that? Seems like martial law.

I regret, I cannot help.the OP with recommendations, but do have comments with regards the abuse the OP has recieved.
I respect the opinions of those who have abused the OP. You have a right to those opinions. You may even have a right to express those opinions, in the name of free speech.
You do not, however, have a right to abuse the OP or his child.
It saddens me.

Soi Dog Foundation if your serious.
Forget it if you are over 70.

I find it irresponsible and down right cruel, what the centre did, and what the lady did. Why the <deleted> could they have not mentioned this up front, before he even looked at pictures, never mind choosing and letting him see and meet the dogs.
cruel, so cruel.

This will run for years, hopefully.

Pay by app, card or other electronic methods is fine. Got to have the funds in wherever the transfer draws it.
most people found here prefer cash. Most people, if they have bank transfers of any kind, rush to the atm and take out cash.
I use card in most big shops, except makro, which don't seem to accept them. Cash everywhere else.
I would say, though. People searching purses/coin bags for the right money are a pain. Asking the cashier...is this 10 baht? 2 baht? Then, give them notes and oh, the cashier doesn't have change...open the change roll, ask a colleague.
Getting carried away as a grumpy old man...

Minister of Finance Arkhom Termpittayapaisith said insurance firms have been supporting the government’s policy on agricultural risk management, by offering insurance packages for damages to rice and maize. With these packages, farmers are able to claim their compensation faster with the help of satellite images that show the actual damage done to their crops.
Hmm.

I see some weird behaviour here, with regards to what I would call inappropriate touching. I think it's cultural, as no one seems to bat an eyelid. I think it's gross, demeaning and highly inappropriate. But then, perhaps I'm wrong.

Isn't the army answerable to the Government? If the government is so <deleted> scared of the army having solar panels on some of its land, take the land away and let a private, or state energy company run it.
Or, perhaps even more contraversially, get a grip of the army.
I read that the army, or what's left of it in UK, also has their own solar power station. But the army in UK is small enough for the government not to be too concerned about them.

Highly trained in command tasks. Leader of men, well, people, to be politically correct. Blooded in combat, respected by troops. A hero to such soldiers and will no doubt be a beacon to all.
all civilians will fall at his feet in a swoon and submit to vaccination by his own hand.salon
Sorry...got carried away. I think his PMness identified a competitor and decided to make sure he failed, and was seen to fail.
I think the idea of a respected Muslim doctor is a brave one. One that could probably work.
Or perhaps the Thai government should just let those provinces go.

Why oh why oh why?
Economists. Who gave them the job? Somebody pays them? Same as analysts, somebody pays them too?
Why does anyone give them the time of day?
Stop printing such errant nonsense. Please.

I think that's for non-OA, but there are other tougher requirements for non-OA like health insurance.
Isn't the new $100,000 insurance applicable to both non-immigrant and O-A now? Does O-A still have to have the 400,000/40,000 health insurance as well as the $100,000 health insurance?

Yet another donation. Yet another <deleted> up. As I said before, this government has no shame.
Someone tell the world donations are not needed here. Make them procure their own vaccines in the market place.

In our village I see children as young as seven or eight who can only just reach the floor on tiptoes riding to the shop to get a beer for Pappa. The saddest thing is that it is only one hundred yards down the road.
Alas and alack, I have to agree with you.

This figure is a surprise to me. A few, thought I. Perhaps a few thousand...
but none? Nil, zip, zilch. Testament to the discerning tourist.
