Last year, it's was mass stupidity, can't buy clothes, shoes, hangers, electrical goods... This year, all good, sensible, nothing cordoned off.

I agree. No risk to yourself. All risk on the seller.

Seems to me, it's the best option. Can even refuse the item at the door with no risk... No money back hassles. 

Also, so far, never had an issue with the Lazada app.

It depends if the subject oxymeters are approved or not. Should specify a stamp or sticker or statement thereon. Unless forged, as some CE marks are suspected to be.
