  1. Well, she was elected by Conservative party membership. I don't feel she represents the broader interests of the non-black community. Why is black capitalised in the statement above, by the way? Is it a proper noun now? 1 person, who seems perhaps a little misguided as to their own importance in the scheme of things produces what's known as satire. He is British-Nigerian, apparently. He wrote a book, another satire, apparently, not having read it, called Think Like A White Man. I leave things there.
  2. These 2992 words that apparently are banned by Youtube, what are they? Are they all English words, words from varying languages, are they written, spoken, sung? Where's the evidence supporting this assertion of such a specific number of words?
  3. YouTube and any provider can ban whatever it likes. This falacy of freedom of speech or freedom of expression on a private site is just that, a falacy. Read the 1st Amendment, or the Bill of Rights, or whatever. It applies to government, not to me. In my house, I can ban you from doing or saying anything.
  4. Stage 5 cancer... I knew there were 4, but 5...?
  5. We are all servants of someone else...
  6. Are we? Compared to 1924's comparative 2024 value of £1250 per month... for a team driver... According to Hansard. 76 shillings a week, £3 8s 0d.
  7. The chart's showing gold price in dollars and you made it the topic when you inverted it and flipped it. Money value has always declined long term. About 20 dollars now will buy what $1 bought 100 years ago.
  8. This'll never end, will it? Even after the election, the electoral college, certification, inauguration.... The leader of the free world, allegedly. Goodness me. What a divisive farce and an example to the rest of the world in how not to do things.
  9. My view is I don't care enough to get invested.
  10. Does she? Is he? Will it? Mind you what state? The state or federal state?
  11. It saddens me that people make judgements on limited information. He lost his life, his family lost a son, his child lost their father, yes. But he was a known evil little scrote. Those closest to him knew that including the soon to be mother of his child. Does that mean he should have had his life taken? Was there a more expedient way of removing this threat? Trying get away from a vehicle stop using his vehicle as a weapon. The vehicle being stopped was suspected of being involved in a shooting. Would unarmed officers have wanted to try to stop it when this was known? Those who knew nothing about him decided he was God's gift and his life was unjustifiable cut short. Or perhaps they did know and chose to ignore it. Who knows? For me, I know not, I care not. Another evil little toerag is off the street and the copper is reportedly subject to a bounty of 10 grand. Mind you in this day and age, a mere pittance...
  12. She lost? Did I miss something?
  13. EASA part 66 license can only be issued by EASA Competent Authorities. Then only If The courses are delivered by an EASA part 147 training school, also approved by an EASA Competent Authority, or: For an applicant being a person qualified by holding an academic degree in an aeronautical, mechanical or electronic discipline from a recognised university or other higher educational institute the need for any examination will depend upon the course taken in relation to Appendix I to Part-66. 2. Knowledge gained and examinations passed during previous experiences, for example, in military aviation and civilian apprenticeships will be credited where the competent authority is satisfied that such knowledge and examinations are equivalent to that required by Appendix I to Part-66. I know when I was at uni, the UKCAA (then part of EASA) didn't recognise any uni or course other than that delivered by part 147 training school.
  14. England was colonised, when the Scots weren't...
  15. Those of Chinese descent being grouped together with those of African descent. Ah, but are they Chin, Han, Naturalized or conquered? Do Egyptians see themselves as DRC people do? After all, they're African right? Ah <deleted>. Everything has to be clarrified and classified. Scots don't really like to be reminded they're part of the UK, so I read in an article about locally grown food in M&S.... Good grief.
  16. Forgive a stupid foreigner. You have to specify a political party when you register to vote?
  17. It didn't protect the guy they killed....
  18. What is a true Muslim and who makes that determination? If Mr Mohammed is such a true Muslim, why is he not out killing the infidel, as required by the Muslim holy book?
  19. Not Muslim enough. Who makes that judgement? Good grief. Sharia law is on its way.
  20. Between 2014 and 2018, $455 million, according americansfortaxfairness.org. None, in 2018... But quite what that has to do with the subject matter, nobody knows nor cares....
  21. And where, pray thee, does happen? Private industry pays what it perceives to be a market rate. Public services, well in my country, have pay review boards which often get ignored by the government of the day. Referee, my posterior.
  22. Ireland changed from the Punt to the Euro over night, Sweden changed the side of the road cars drive, overnight... Some governments change overnight.... So why not?
