No shortage of alcohol...
Do surgical masks prevent the spread of the virus? I think not.

Strap on surgical masks don't stop viruses.
How about surgical gloves, instead of alcohol gels?
He 'recognises it's not practical to stop to frequently wash hands '.... If you're at risk, would you not stop at every petrol station, KFC or any other place there are facilities?

How can AOT set these targets? They don't bring punters to Thailand. The airlines do.
I bet the airlines are feeling the pinch right now.
Targets. Plans, economists.... There's a saying goes roughly like this:
Plans, like targets, goals, aims and ambitions, all fail at first contact with the enemy.

Number 1 - Fit a decent siren to these ambulances.
Number 2 - Paint them a high vis colour.
Number 3 - Give the ambo drivers a decent blue/red light driving course.
Number 4 - Don't swerve into other vehicles or mount pavements. Write the offender's vehicle off. No one else's and no pedestrians. (Or saplings in this case, which could have been a pedestrian)

And corruption in Thailand is decried daily on these forums.
A huge payout by a huge international company to avoid criminal prosecution. What's that when it's about?
A plea bargain, otherwise known as a bribe, to the judicial sides of the governments involved, the size of which they also set.
Pay us $4bn and we won't prosecute you.
OK....
And the western world and it's 'holier than thou' attitudes.
Some places in the world, what's called a bribe in the West is known as oiling the wheels of business. This is what happens, get over it.

900 million = 260 jobs...whoopee doooo.
He likes the foreign currency, but he cares not about the people. 25 companies 260 jobs, an average of around 10 jobs per company.

It's not the kowtowing that grips my <deleted>, but he's going to form yet another political party.
There seem to be as many of those as there are generals.

Ramdas, How old do you have to be to drive a cement lorry, in your opinion? 27 not old enough for you? Savages? Wow....

Fake goods are destroyed world wide.
Incineration is the preferred method.
An appropriate company with appropriate safeguards on their incinerator is the appropriate way to go.
I know not if this company has these safeguards, but I expect they do, and I also suggest no one here knows otherwise.

This is a continuing problem which needs to be continuously managed. A one off round up and storing of stray dogs is not the way to do it. As has been said, other packs will move in. Requiring those to be removed and stored. And so on...
Neutering and vaccinating them may, and I say may, decrease the pack's aggressive nature if they were returned to 'guard' their territory, but there is a continuing risk if this is done.
Risk and reward, responsibility. All dogs that are owned should be identified. making the 'owner' responsible for the actions of their dog.
Destroy all dogs that are strays.
Continually.

He crossed the floor. From a party member to an independent to a member of another party.
The previous party was dissolved, no party, so he joins another one. No problem.
Depends whether the folks voted for him or his party, I guess, but should have been a byelection, but that's just my opinion.

If the UK wants to sell to other countries, it stands to reason that the standards of those countries are complied with.
EU standards apply to EU states only, (unless adopted by non EU states) no one else.
The UK need not comply with EU standards while dealing with anyone else.
Most national standard have a reason. Different thought processes to achieve the same aim, US ready to cook chickens, for example, are banned in the EU, as EU chickens are banned in the US.
A lot of EU standards originated from the British Standard, but have gone their own way.
The UK uses a lot of international standards, American Standards, EU standards now and will do so after 31 Jan.
Pick your market, comply with the appropriate standards.

According to these figures, on average, each Chinese visitor spends around 50,000 baht.
I'm no longer sure if that's good or bad, as figures don't show a period of time over which this money is spent.

There never has been a 'special relationship' that the media imagines. Each country has its own agenda.
Just a question... British made or British owned auto producers. The UK produces cars, but most of the companies are foreign owned.
But then, the number of auto makers in the UK is reducing, as Honda are closing their Swindon facility.

Seems like an episode from The West Wing. The Supreme Court divided along party lines.
Such differences in interpretation of the law. Is it, or is it not Constitutional?

Sounds expensive to me.
Provincial Electricity Authority Thailand charges me 4.09 baht, including tax, per kilowatt hour on 389 kWh for last month. That works out to be 532 riels per kWh.
Or, perhaps the first 50 kWh is charged at 480, from 50 to 200 is charged at 610, then, anything over 200 is 740. Making my bill....254620 riels, 1954 baht as against the 1593.63 baht I paid....
-
That's cos there a hell of a lot more of them. So even if the percentage of crimes to people remains the the same, as in Thailand, the numbers can be huge...

Thailand is not in the top ten coffee growing countries. 25th according to Wiki. 30,000 tonnes as compared to Vietnam, 1.65 million tonnes.

So less than 400,000 are undocumented....

And how much is a submarine to buy run and maintain? And the crews to train and operate the things?
Stop the draft, save the money, make the army less powerful, buy more harvesters.....

Are deputy national police chiefs Lieutenant Colonels or LT Generals? This guy in the picture appears to be wearing the rank of General.

Give it a rest, old son, as one day, you'll be looking over your shoulder.
Shouting so loud, look at them, look at them, then all of a sudden, it's them looking rather closely at you.
Mummy said no, now he's asking daddy....
