The problem with 3M is that they only go through distributors for their products.  Worked fine in the past.

Since the pandemic, it has been these distributors who are controlling the inventory and brokering/diverting shipments out to the highest bidder while 3M takes it in the backside in PR.

These are two separate things. 

Testing merely finds those infected.

Even if you were tested negative today doesn't mean you can't be infected tomorrow.I

Isolation prevents covid-19 from spreading by removing new people while also allowing any infected to manifest symptoms.  No new cases and virus effectively burns itself out.

I put on a pair of nitrile gloves when entering a market, pay for my goods and toss them when leaving.

They lied about all 156 people turning themselves in.  Hkw can we believe only 24 are still to be found?

Whenever the govt states a number,  double or triple that for the real total.

Don't know why it's empty but it doesn't look abandoned, the trees & shrubs aren't overgrown.

I know there are conflicting reports on how effective wearing a mask but better safe than sorry. I am sure its effective to at least some degree.  

Trump lives, travels and flies protected from nuclear-biological-chemical threats, with doctors, hospitals and a supply of blood ready at all times anywhere in the world.  There are literally hundreds of people keeping him physically separated from everyone.  There's another army of people who clean and sanitize everything before he even enters a place.

So how're you handling this pandemic?  By wearing a mask?

Easy to land plane at military base, push them into buses and take them to an empty hotel, school or barracks in middle of nowhere to enforce 14-day quarantine.

That's what every other country has been doing.

I'd suggest Taiwan.  They have (had) 700,000 migrant workers in everything from desperately needed farm workers to fisheries, house work and tech assembly.  

The weather and conditions are closest to that of Thailand and I'd rather have a Taiwanese boss over a Korean or Japanese.

I wouldn't recomment young women though as they have problems with prostitution like Japan, Korea, etc.

Seems to have worked for every other country in the world.

Of course westerners are viewed as wealthy targets.  How many Thai street criminals could afford to vacation in the West?

Similarly, in the US, it is common to believe Japanese tourists are all wealthy and meekly pay when overcharged/cheated.

From what I've witnessed while traveling, some foreigners deserve to be discriminated against.  They make it bad for all of us.

I don't understand why racists travel, but they do, plus there are those that expect other countries and people to be exactly like what they are accustomed to at home, and they love to complain about it.

It certainly wouldn't do any serious damage to their lavish lifestyles and would set a good example to all those others overloaded with money to cough up in these awful times.

While I agree that these players should be able to afford a temporary cut, so many of them live so far beyond their means that you will see a lot of selfishness and refusal to accept.

Steam your kit. 

If you have those Chinese bamboo steamers, or any perforated pot/ screen, put it over a pot of boiling water and steam your masks for 15 minutes. 

Let dry and re-use.

Ovens will destroy the rubber straps and make the mask material brittle.
