Have you tried the 16/8 intermittent fast? If you haven't fasted before, you should start with 16/8 and work your way up - or, as many people have found 16/8 is good enough and works longer term.

Wait until Cambodia gets their act together and increases rice production. They used to produce more rice than Vn or Thailand and have the land, rainfall/irrigation and farmers for rice growing.

Use the US notary services and eat the fees. If you use a Thai notary/legal service, somebody there may decide to drop a dime on you.

In the land of fake......why would anyone have a tattoo procedure done here?
Scarred now for life because it was cheap.
Dude, are you aware henna is not a real tattoo? It's just staining the skin like using a permanent marker.
Unfortunately, black henna mixtures contain ingredients which may be an irritant, as this person found out.

Numbers from China would be more believable if they didn't keep changing reporting methodology and actually let in medical experts to look at the real situation.

Looked it up:
Average teacher's salary in Finnland €3,570. Average Thai teacher 40,000baht, or less than a third that.
How is a Thai teacher going to extort "gifts" from the parents if there are no tests?

Unless you trade in the millions, gold is best treated as an hedge against inflation. I think that your "profit" isn't as high as you think when you include the erosion of inflation.

What agency helped her the first time? I would imagine they'd be the best place to go.

From the grin on the husband's face, I'd say that he engineered the theft to keep his wife from getting her hands on all his money.

Reminds me of the old joke with two guys standing beside each other at a urinal. First one says" Water's cold.".
The other one replies "and deep".
Worst retelling of a Richard Pryor joke ever!

GSB’s research centre estimated that if China could control the Covid-19 outbreak within three months, Thailand would lose 1.6 million Chinese tourists and Bt80 billion in tourism revenue and GDP might drop by 0.4 per cent. If it took China six months to control the situation, Thailand could lose 3.5 million Chinese tourists, Bt170 billion in lost revenue and it would slash GDP by one per cent.
Only 1%? I'd say way more than that!
Nobody reports all of their income for taxation, especially service sectors like restaurants, trinket shops, taxi-drivers, unregistered hotels, air bnbs, etc.
Then there are the prostitutes, gambling houses, loan sharks, drug dealers, extortion rackets who prey on both tourists and Thais alike.

Should've kiestered it!
Actually, it's pretty sad that an old guy has to resort to becoming a drug mule.

Apple isn't a "bubble stock", as my investments in Apple have split 11-times over decades. They sell a real product in a competitive global market.
Having worked and lived in Silicon Valley my entire life, I have encountered plenty of trash-talkers, but they typically either afraid, missed the boat, cannot afford the product, or don't understand the economics of technology.

I would have guessed more $ with the amount of China factories everywhere.

Any pictures online of what these retjrement homes look like for Thai generals? I'm curious what they look like, although I supposed I won't be surprised if they are palaces.

The reason why TAT is valuing Chinese tourism is because of sheer numbers. China already has more "middle class" than any country in the world. By 2022, there will be over 550 million Chinese considered "middle class" by income. These are the people Thailand is counting on to visit in en-masse into the future, not individual farang retirees, sexpats or grundgy backpackers. They want people to visit, take pictures, buy some trinkets and then F-off back home.
I don't have to like this, but I understand their reasoning.

Found in a bedroom at his house were ecstasy, ketamine, cocaine, two types of ganja, scales and plastic bags for distributing the drugs. He admitted at the police station that it was all his.
No mention of cash nor jewelry...
When have you read of a bust without wads of cash being found with the drugs? And jewelry, seems like heavy gold chains and expensive watches would be part of his "personna".

Well as long as the WHO knows the true figures.
They don't. The WHO has no authority to make any country do anything. The WHO merely performs a study and advisory role.
They have already stated that they do not believe China has been releasing true numbers about coronavirus infected, nor have WHO scientists been allowed access to quarantine areas.

If she did, she won't be the first one as coronavirus is mostly contracted from touching something infected and then unknowingly rubbing their eyes, nose or mouth.
It isn't likely from particles free floating in the air and then hitting one's eyes..
