I don't see a group of farangs
Farangs are the control group. Assume 100% infected.

Perhaps have these 32 sign a document acknowledging that they will be put into quarantine upon landing? The 150+ who did a runner last time all claimed nobody told them about the quarantine!

I'd do his wife Portia!
...how's that for a joke?

That's a lot of meth to have on you.
Wouldn't it have made more sense for him to send a runner to fetch the drugs after he gets somebody's money? (I've watched watched The Wire so I know how to sling dope!)

Looks like each "robot" food tray needs a nerd to work the remote in order for them to get around. My roomba can do better than that.
I'm not sure how that touchscreen "robot" will be sanitary.

Why why why would a country want to destabilize their own banking/financial system and cause fear and mistrust amongst their own depositors?
And, if a complete failure of Thailand's banking system is expected, why telegraph this so that depositors can get their money out?
Can somebody please explain this to me?

I dream of being in a long black train going into a deep dark tunnel! The train is full of women I've known and they are all smoking big cigars.
Whatever could that mean?

2 bottles of 1964 port in the wine cabinet. It's kinda like a cupboard.
I had a tin of pate from 2001, but chucked it.

Not a difficult decision for Hun Sen to make. He was a member of the Khmer Rouge, so doing things that are not deemed humane shouldn't be a bother for him.

You don't have to like Trump.
The WHO killed plenty of people worldwide by holding to Chinese party declarations instead of what was happening.
If the WHO had declared a global pandemic 3-weeks earlier when they already knew what was happening inside China, it may have saved 95% of covid-19 fatalities.
But go ahead, blame Trump instead of focusing on the real issue.

Why is anyone here complaining when they should be out panic-buying?
I'm here because I'm all set.

I think that is why the virus is with us. Far too many pensioners on the planet , wipe us out and more room for the younger ones.....that is 'till they reach culling age.
Nah. Think about it, the world is run by people who are 60+. No way they'd potentially kill themselves off if a pandemic gets out of control. Old people are paranoid about diseases.
Besides, cost of health care for seniors is exponentially higher than other age brackets. Purposelly infecting seniors will cause a drain on any national economy.
Now, if world govts. had announced stopping of senior healthcare before covid-19 broke out, then I'd believe it.

It will never be the old normal again.
On the minimum, cheap and easy international flights won't be available until a vaccine becomes available. Proof of covid-19 vaccine will become a requirement to fly as well as to be granted a visa.

Infected in Canada is 4% the number in the US.
Canada can wait, or Trudeau could always buy-back the donated PPE that China has been caught reselling.

Yep! My first thought was of crazy wife setting sofa on fire before storming out.

Doesn't make sense, especially in Asia when grandparents are the typical caregivers for school children as parents have to work. Good way to kill off the elderly and devastate limited healthcare resources.
From my experiences, when one student has a cold at school, every student has a cold, followed by every parent of the children.

I doubt she'd be willing to get arrested nowadays with covid-19 everywhere.

Good for a small country to ease-up first, any mistake will be easier to mitigate and larger countries can observe and learn.

Probably the peak of the epidemy in Russia will be 1 month later.
There is also a problem of diagnostic equipment quality - there are cases when coughing people are examined in some Russian regions and are said they are ok - then they are examined in the central special hospital near Moscow and are diagnosied with the bilateral pneumonia (complication due to the coronavirus) and are said if they delayed the visit to the hospital even 1 day it could be too late to treat them.
Were they using Chinese equipment, the ones that only work 30% of the time?

They were set to leave when their flight was cancelled and were forced to rough it while waiting for their ticket refund and alternate flight home.
Backpackers usually budget their money for the exact duration of their trip with little leftover. That's how I planned my trip when I backpacked Europe as a teen.

3M sells only through distributors, not directly so they do not control planeloads of equipment going anywhere except to distribution warehouses.
Distributors take the product and "distribute" to where they have buyers. They definitely can turn one shipment from Germany towards the US for more money. They definitely would divert shipments for money.
The US customer only knows they just bought a planeload of masks, not that they took masks away from the Germans.
That's what's been going on.

Face masks during exercise
in Sports, Hobbies & Activities
Posted
There is a pm2.5 mask with twin breathing valves designed for exercise in toxic air environments. The valves allow for outflow of breath only (like fish gills) without letting in bad air. It's as good as you're going to get if you want to exercise during this mess. The filters and valves are replacable.
I originally bought mine before covid-19 for China business and when we had all those fires in N. California.
