  1. 1. You are way below retirement, way below. 2. You are spending 50% of your time in South East Asia. 3. You have been doing this for a number of years. 4. You are making more than one entry to Thailand in a year. 5. You are doing this on tourist permissions to stay (VE, SETV) 6. You are flagged despite what a third party says. It doesn't matter that you don't have a denial of entry stamp and you have never signed anything. You are flagged. Apologies if I have got anything wrong here. You have a profile of an illegal worker / somebody de facto living in Thailand on tourist visas. It is irrelevant what the facts are, your profile mean you will be pulled out of the line and questioned. I don't care what you are doing in Thailand. It is not my business. However expect to be pulled up and questioned and eventually denied entry again. Get a DTV. Or Use the safe entry services. Or Get an Elite visa. Or Get a work permit and a non-imm B. If you want to be left alone. How do you fund your lengthy trips? Why is the Netherlands and Dutch in inverted commas. It is a real country. I hope this helps.
  2. Your immigration file has been flagged. You have even been denied entry once already. You continue to enter repeatedly using tourist options. How are you not surprised at being questioned? What nationality do you hold? What is your country of residence? How do you fund your lifestyle?
  3. Trump is a serial liar and says absolutely anything to suit his aims. It is blatantly crystal clear to all commentators and analysts of every stripe that Trump has been pro-Putin for a very long time, consistently positioning himself as Putin's poodle. So, based on those two facts alone, I think all can disregard anything Trump says including his most recent set of comments about Ukraine "losing the war". He has ulterior motives.
  4. How are China and Vietnam positioning themselves in relation to this fighting?
  5. Consider the source of this information!!!!!
  6. Hun Sen (via his nepo-baby) is too addicted to the eye-watering profits from his joint ventures with Chinese organised crime to stop. Not to mention the distraction effect of an external enemy on his long-suffering population. It will quieten down when a deal to allow him to carry on with his scam centres is worked out.
  7. Has she paid the stamp duty yet? The last I heard she had not paid it.
  8. The real question is why Trump is pardoning so many fraudsters and the head of a massive drug trafficking cartel. This story is just a storm in a teacup. The real story is the grift that this administration is participating in which involves many people who stole millions of dollars getting off scot free.
  9. Immigration have used this playbook a few years ago. They have a policy to deny entry to those who "stay too long" on any type of tourist permission to stay, whether that be VE, SETV, METV etc. Also ED visa holders are denied. However, there is no underlying legislation to support this policy. So, they interpret the legislation for denying entry very widely to provide a veneer of plausibility to the denial and cover for Immigration. So, in this case, the stated reason for denial was not the real reason for denial. The real reason was the length of time in Thailand on tourist type permissions to stay.
  10. Every poacher in Thailand will be heading that way as we type.
  11. Is that a packet of cigarettes on the table?
  12. Your post makes no sense mathematically.
  13. Which Immigration office? Jomtien (Chonburi) will likely issue you with a 1600 Baht fine and created a "late" TM30.
  14. Many posters here aghast at the size of the bonus. This is normal in Thai industry, low wages and a bonus of several months' pay. This is to ensure that attendance and performance is really incentivised. Those comparing Western pay structures to Thai pay structures will completely fail to understand how it works here.
  15. Why are Chinese continually found crossing illegally between Thailand and Cambodia, Thailand and Laos and Thailand and Myanmar? I understand why Myanmar citizens cross illegally into Thailand. It is usually to escape poverty and sometimes to escape an active war zone. However what is the driver for the Chinese? Couldn't they just use a passport?
  16. I probably don't want to watch it. Someone tell me what happened. Thanks.
  17. Nothing like a bit of Isaan village gossipers to spice up the tale. Excellent.
  18. Those who served Trump and subsequently went to prison are numerous. It is very much a recurring theme.
  19. They must have been going fast for the deceleration force of hitting the truck to have killed all three of them instantly. I assume no helmets as well. Sounds like a very avoidable accident.
  20. @Stiddle Mump https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anocha_Panjoy This may help to inform you. One of many abductions, the majority Japanese. I imagine the Thai government filed this under the "way too difficult" category and also in the "no money in it" drawer. In addition, the abductee is from the peasant class so the family has no influence or serious cash.
  21. Advised by Vlad, his handler. (MH17) Vlad suggested giving some SAM's to the Proud Boys for plausible deniability.
