VIP Visa is usually lowest price for standard services in Pattaya (that I've found). They do door to door service. **although last time I had to travel to Immigration and take photos in front of the building (eliminating door to door at least for one required visa trip). Something new it appears.

3 separate agencies gave this option. Convert to Non-ed 3 month then take 12 month extension @ $X per 3 month (2 actually require full year payment)...or go home after 3 months and when I come back repay for the 3 month Non-ed. ^The reason going home is mentioned is I've intended to fly back to the states for the fall season. But may hold off for one more year until qualify for the retirement visa when headaches become much smaller for exiting and re-entering. I'm not going to argue with you on if possible/ not possible as I'm not a Thai VISA expert. However, this IS what multiple agents are offering and the one I'll go thru is respected here and been in operation 18 years or more. No reason not to believe him in my book.

I have a longer history now as well, was going to Ban Pakkard when agent driver saw my passport, he freaked and said I couldn't go thru there (little late as we were already 2 hours into the drive. I also triple checked with the agency themselves that everything would be ok and showing them my passport and visas.). Anyways, he then took me to Ban Laem and I was given VIP treatment for 2k more, no problems. Although the gentleman with me had half a second of problems and was being denied before the VIP concierge tapped her on the shoulder and told her to let him thru that his passport is fine. I just went to Ban Laem a second time with no issues using an agency from Pattaya that only goes there. It was 3000 total. Good service.

Cause: Ease of ready to eat fast processed foods all of which are full of sugar. Which is denser in calories Which is unfulfilling as nutrients which causes you to eat more and more often. Plus, (which relates to the above), which might be number one here...all the delicious flavored sugar teas, milks, coffees, energy drinks which are nothing but high count, BAD/TERRIBLE calories...that induce more hunger as well. and being an addictive-like drug, it draws people to eat MORE sugar causing a looping cycle of going back to get more easy to eat unhealthy snacks. Part of all this starts with being too lazy for someone to be cooking (even if they have the time). Sure, you can out exercise your calories (see Michael Phelps who ate 15,000 a day of just about anything he could get his hands on), but most people are not doing that kind of work. Especially women historically. so, there ya go.

I had my Entry transfered into my emergency PP Then I had my extension stamped into my emergency PP That PP was then canceled when my official PP was ready (which of course was blank). I did not think anything needed to be transfered either? (why? the stamp was done and it was shown to exit). However, the officer handling my departure looked at my PP's and waived over a guy that said I needed it and took 500 and 30 minutes waiting. they weren't busy. I think it was a money grab too personally...but I don't care really about $15 as long as I have zero troubles leaving and coming in. Even after that she took 4x the time to let me thru as she did any others that went thru her. But that's why I went with the vip group pass lol..."I got people."

It cost me 500 baht at the border to get it done when crossing. And if I wanted my agent to do it at local immigration she was charging 900 baht door to door service. Hope that helps ya some.

This is a big loss for the community. So sad to hear. He was extremely prompt with help...extremely knowledgeable, and open to sharing it with tons of patience. I, for one, will miss him here.

I'm still in awe of the mindset, strength, and commitment of some of these women: 1. 'I'm gonna cheat on you then require you to move out of your own house because I'm gonna let the new guy live with me in your home",... not only to try that, but to morally and legitimately think with their whole heart they have the moral high ground and are logically right in demanding this. this was black and white in her favor if to be judged by the gods in her eyes. 2. the ability to play the long game con to get what they want. She went 2 years, had a lapse...then pulled herself up by the bootstraps and dug in another 5 years of dating plus a year of marriage to get all the legal and wills done to syphon everything to her and her alone. And during this time build no attachment to the mark to just let it slide until he passed... Nah. work done. Time to end the charade pull off the sheep clothing and eat all the chickens. Dang! The commitment level.

Sounds wonderful, but not so sure how I also get lucky enough to find this VIP concierge? You get his number? I'd honestly pay EXTRA not to do the lines and the eyeball dress downs.
