    I thought that in cases where the guilty party is under insured, that the non guilty party's first class insurance covers the damage & classes it a "no fault" claim.

    Allow whatever Emirates gives you for transit when you book the ticket. Very quick to transit in Dubai. If they sell you the ticket, you will make the connection.
