    Can't tell if indicators were on from clip. But look at the still pic, the indicator lamp is on. maybe it was faulty and permanently on. ? I also don't believe the girls were in any blind spot , at the time when he should have checked his mirror. I believe he did not check his mirror. and ladies were not paying attention to him slowing down. End result, contact, and one dead lady, could easily have been two.

    Nasty accident. R.I.P. Young lady. The still pic shows an indicator to be on. The driver never checked his left hand mirror. Lady over taking up the inside of a truck. All crazy stuff. Ps it does look like the ladies tried to beat the truck turning. or at best never noticed the truck slowing down and were unaware of him about to turn.
