So on a package thats worth 100 baht....They will have to process the package how many times to make sure they get their 7 baht tax? Then you must go down to the post office and stand in line to pay your 7 baht tax to get your package...lol

How many years now has the high speed rail been talked about? Must be almost 10 years now.....The deal was signed in 2019 which was 5 years ago...How much track has been built?......ZERO....YEP....ZERO...

I recommend a 12 inch Hatari Fan.....It puts out almost as much air as a 16 or 18 inch fan and uses a lot less electricity.....I have tried them all.....Now I only use 12s....

This heat wave is costing me a lot of money... My usual electric bill in the condo cost around 1500, 1600 baht a month....Last months bill was a whopping 3200 baht......This is my highest electric bill EVER in Thailand I tried to not use the air so much but I was sweating like a pig in the condo with the aircon off... 3200 baht for one month of electricity is crazy......I would rather spend that money on more important things like drinking in bars.... They really should give farangs FREE electricity because we are not use to this heat like the Thais are..... Has anyone else seen a big increase in their electric bill?

Not only this time of year.......The beach walkway has pretty much no people there sunrise to sunset 365 days a year except festival days...... They made the beach unusable during daylight hours...

Can you drop your passport off at the American Embassy and they do the renewal then you go pick it up when its ready?

Did anyone tell the Thais EVs need to be charged often when doing long hours of city driving like the baht buses do....Using the aircon drains the charge very fast..

Only a first class fool would buy a EV......Especially a pick up EV..... Millions in the west are ditching EVs..

Yes Folks thats close to 45,000 USD per toilet....For this money you could have turned a few of those 5-10 baht beach road beer bar bathroom complexes into the Taj Mahal of public bathrooms for people at the beach to use...

How hard is it to walk to Central Festival and use their toilets...? They are free and pretty nice...

What are you guys moaning about? In the USA dentist are booked up for 3-4 weeks and often months ahead of time....And your already out 50-75 dollars just to walk in their office....Not to mention the $$$$$ costs of treatment.....

Great post......Some guys here just cant seem to get that many laws and rules and codes are very flexible here depending on which way the wind is blowing and the mood of the person interpreting the rules on that day.... Unlike in the West where Tax rules are carved in stone..

One way to clean your ears out is unscrew the shower head you use to shower with....This will leave a nice concentrated stream of water from the hose... Make sure the water pressure in not to high.....Then spray the water into your inner ear......You can clean very deep in your ear this way...

Well if non filing is a crime then well over half the entire Thai population need to be put in Jail.....

You guys act like the Thai government is working very hard to dot every I and cross every T on this tax matter....lol.....Based on past performance on a long long list of other things they most likely are hopelessly lost in this very complex tax swamp... They have shown countless times they very very much like things unclear and not defined...This serves the brown envelope brigade quite well concerning all sorts of legal matters..

I bet there are 10s of millions of Thais who make over 60-120K baht who have never filed taxes once...
