Has Social Security gone up 10% a year for 19 years?......Ha..Ha.....Social Security has only risen just a small bit from 19 years ago.....Most people dont even get 65,000 baht a month ...

My how posters on here just love to cheer on visa tightening of anyone lower in the visa food chain....It all started with the monthly visa runs....The cheering on here was nuts.......I warned everyone then some day it will be your visa in danger....And here we are at the top of the visa food chain....

Well do consider any well run criminal organization I am sure could meet any financial visa requirements with ease....

So would requiring 1.2 million instead of 800,000 prove anything or help anyone?........Nope it sure would not....It would just tie up more money that could not be spent in the economy....

The grandfathering you speak of from way back, is to my knowlage the last time anything visa wise has been grandfathered.....

I would guess 99.99% of expats over 50 and for sure over 60 are not involved in any criminal activity what-so-ever...

This goes right along with the elite visa tightening....... How convenient,the whole biker thing went down just in time, when changes were most likely already planned for the elite visa... This visa tightening stuff has been going on for a good 10 years now already....With a break for covid.... I fear another 10 years of visa tightening could all but finish off expats except for maybe the very very rich......Who wants to live where visa rules change on a whim...

I agree.......I think the lack of beef buyers is cutting hard into the bakery sales.....Big C extra is no longer one stop shopping if beef is unafordable there....

For the millionth time....Let me repeat myself here..... Forget the parking it has almost zero to do with it.... The beach walkway has been totally destoroyed over the past decade... And the beach is now a hot, boring, and uninviting place all daylight hours now.. Very few want to go there, during daylight hours anymore.... Come on ....Do a people count yourself on the number of people at the beach during the day sometime... THERE ARE ALMOST NO PEOPLE THERE.....And yes I am talking on the entire length of the beach...

Can we get some pictures of the so-called new park area there? I have only seen pictures of the blue concrete area...

Big C extra Pattaya sells Quiche.....Its in the Bakery......

The Quiche has been moved to the free-standging display racks......Look closely because the Quiche are now few in number......

It looks to me like the whole bakery department at Big C Extra is being downsized more and more all the time.... Remember when the Quiche selection use-to be guite huge... Now the selection is tiny.....Just a few..... Both these tables use-to be full of baked suff....Now only one is.... I think people quit shopping at Big C extra so much because people dont like paying $$$$ for beef , and fewer shoppers are making a big dent in the bakery sales...

Your right the other supermarkets are just-as if not more so overpriced regarding beef.... But I only shop at Big C extra Pattaya as far as the big supermarket chains go.... So I know Big C extras history well going back 10 years.. So I can speak about my experience of going there for a long time.. So in a nut shell....Big C extra Pattaya beef use-to be priced very well before they sold the department to a private company.....

I never said that the chicken and pork section at Big C Extra was lacking customers.... The prices are ok there..... This thread was about the beef....And how amazingly overpriced any beef they sell is...
