Thailands population is 69 million... If only 4 million are paying taxes That means 94% of the Thai population pays NO tax on income.... Let that sink in..... And they want farangs to pay their fair share...lol This is beyond a joke....

Folks the perfect plan...First have a few people buy up the land and sell it to the state at 10X cost....Then build about 10-15% before a whole bunch of cost overruns.....Then have the construction companies declare bankruptcy but after all, profits are removed.. Everybody gets rich for very little work.....

This idea has plenty of problems to begin with but at least when every person got 10,000 it was fair... But when someone decides who is rich and who is not this opens the door to all kinds of hanky-panky.. The rich will become poor and the poor will become rich... The stench is strong with this plan..

Let me make this simple.. EV buyers are brain washed sheep.. ICE buyers have cool and smart transport... Case closed..

The Baht Bus Ban lasted 2 whole days because it was a stupid idea...

O Brother..... Baht Buses only stop for maybe 10, 15, 20. 30 seconds tops.. They do not hold up traffic..

Yea right....The trams have been talked about for ages....Baht buses put trams to shame....The only thing trams would be good for is to make a few people very rich, who build them...

This is exactly why those in power hate Baht buses.......Baht buses are free enterprise....They work very very well....They are cheap.....So there is no room for officials to get their snout in the trough..... They would like nothing more than to kill Pattayas Baht buses....But they have no better idea...

The Chinese, Indian, and Russian ex-pats....Are not going to lift a finger to understand or comply with any of this- ever .....Watch and see....

All good points.....To unload a massive cargo ship and to move all that cargo and then re-load it all would take many days and cost $$$$......I bet this would save zero dollars and zero time......Anyone could figure this out..... This is correct....3rd road would never work due to a lack of baht buses... So I guess baht buses could loop loop loop Bukow down to 2nd back to Bukow down to 2nd over and over and over and over and over 24/7 .... But all this looping sure would add to traffic and waste gas and time....

Well for people who walk and take baht buses like me.....A oneway would suck big time....I use Soi Bukow almost every day both ways...

And if you want to go the opposite direction on the Soi Bukow one-way street? Then what? If your walking?

This is a bad idea.....More than just bad it is a terrible idea.... Let's say you want to go halfway down Soi Bukow....And you are on the wrong end of a one-way street.....You then must walk to 2nd or 3rd road catch a baht bus to the halfway point then walk all the way back to Soi Bukow.... Also, there are no baht buses on 3rd road....... Plus Soi Bukow is a horrible street for walking...
