I know it's a waste of energy but I can't help but feel a degree of anger towards anyone who drives like an idiot and endangers the lives of others. I feel pity for the family of this careless driver but as for him, he dug his own grave.

I received notification from the agent I use that the Post Office is requiring a re-registration of forum 1583. It requires a current USA address along with a photo. Its basically the same as some banks are requiring. The only way I see to get around it is to live for the required amount of time to reestablish oneself as a resident in a particular state. They're even asking for a lease with one's photo on it. I've never seen a lease with anyones photo on it. I came here with a new state drivers license good for 10 years but it expired years ago.
