I'm not against people drinking or having fun..but surly the police would be better to apply their so called skills policing on more important issues..like traffic laws to save lives. Still would cover drunk drivers and drugs...

Indirectly if the police done thier job he would never have been on the road in first place.. well thats what I'm told if I have an acident when a Thai hits me and it's his fault..no helmet no insurance no licence etc.. it becomes my fault as Im told you should not be on Thailand...if you weren't here.it won't have happened....

I look at it this way .buy the best house for what you want to pay...... Do work on it add the cost to purchase price ..then sell it for the total price..... So no money lost..... Infact if you had rented instead of buying it. You would have wasted all the rent money .. so really profit in one year alone Could have saved you anything from 100.000 up ..so win win ...

house in company name . when i die what happens .. if i am the main share holder at 48% and have two others thai persons 26% each I have control on what goes on in my company by the way the company has been set up .so when i die can i make a will stating that my 48% goes to a nominated thai person, in a WILL . then that person can do what they like with the company ? could they still carry running the company with the same power as i had ? or would they have to sell the company ?

Paperwork seems the the norm in Thailand but yes I took a two ring hob back 10 mins latter.as it was no use as the rings would not hold a saucepan as the holder was wrong it said just need to exchange the holders the same as the one on display.... On another note. If you have a 12 months contract.and you want to leave give a month notice...but I was advised not to pay the last month rent if the landlord holds 1 month deposit... I Should have took note...as I payed the last month hoping to get deposit back as you would in UK.... But landlord had no money to pay me back.... they thing deposit is extra money they can spend....

if you like at the photo .. the wall its self is 10cm wide and the caping is 20cm wide so the outside of his blocks are level with my side of the boundry wall so he infact built his wall on my side ,, as i should have had at lest 10cm of capping left on my side ... so realy i think i should have the right to use his wall ? but i know i read many problems but really wahts good for the goose should be good for the Ghanda.. so you think i should have to build another wall on my side of the boundry wall ? so it seems it all bout first come first serve ,, but how far away from his wall should i build ?

Now want to build a shed..can I use the neighbours wall as he has built his wall over the centre of the boundary wall. Hence I cant use half of the boundary wall.... I know there was rules that this Should not have happened as his wall should have been at least 50cm away from boundary wall....... But can he complain if he already did wrong..his wall was built be for I bought the house..
