  1. Get your gun. Stand about 6 feet from the phone screen. Give it a 3 round burst. That should fix it!
  2. In 2020 I don't think that anyone seriously expected that Trump would fire up his supporters to try and seize the Capitol if he lost the election. Now it is expected. He is already talking about it. If he does call them out, the system will be expecting them. That is where any bloodbaths will be. If there is a civil war, it will be a short one.
  3. Harris is British slang for ass! How remarkable, 66 years an Englishman and I never knew that! Despite that, congratulations on one of the best frothy mouthed rants I've seen in quite a while!
  4. Have they found the Kraken then? The last time they unleashed it was a bit of a non event.
  5. I say, not a "whore payer", he got his campaign funds to pay that - one of the reasons he is in legal trouble now!
  6. Given that the DWP took several months to get round to paying my pension, I rather imagine any investigation will look like a cross between the Keystone Cops and the closing credits of The Benny Hill show!
  7. Are you going to take it with you when you decide to leave (again) next month?
  8. He couldn't log in to his account - the sign in page kept looping, Microsoft sent him a one time code which returned him to the sign in page which looped around... Still, it should give him the time to ponder the utter imbecility of a support desk which limits requests for help to 80 characters, and whose emails are from "no answer" accounts!
  9. Whilst I share your hope, I think that the drive to keep the trials from taking place before November will continue. It does rather look like it is succeeding, from North to South, more delay with documents in the Stormy Daniels case (31 thousand documents - surely he didn't shag her that many times?) Washington DC already in the Jurassic grip of the Supreme Court, the judge in Florida already highlighting the need for considerable pre trial judicial debate. The stakes are very high. Trump knows that he must get elected to kill/pardon all the Federal cases. Once he is in power he will do that. State cases such as this one are more difficult, but he will deploy the considerable powers of the Presidency to stop those. If he has to wreck the rule of law and the States judicial independence to do that he will. At the end of the day he will aim to be a president who controls the house, senate, and the Supreme Court. He has the court. It is all about him. Forget "drill baby drill" and the southern border - this will be priority one from day one.
  10. I suspect that ultimately the United States would baulk at sending their President from the White House to a prison.
  11. Of course, as the Georgia Racketeering case is State not Federal, he can't pardon himself or force it's withdrawal. It is therefore possible that he could assume the Presidency as a convicted major felon. I agree that a way to keep him out of prison will of course be found, but it won't change the fact that he would have been found guilty. Takes a bit of the shine off things.
  12. I'm not sure what has happened here - I mean I think it is quite a good post but I don't know why it "went up" four times! No doubt a mod will be able to sort it out!
  13. They must have been close to each other (the ships) when it happened. Certainly land artillery pieces (and I have no doubt naval canon are similar) have a system known as setback - basically the sudden acceleration when fired, together with the spinning imparted by the rifling arms the fuze on the shell; setback prevents it exploding when in or just after it leaving the barrel, typically not until it has been in flight for oh, 50 metres or so. This makes life better for the crew, for whom a muzzle premature as the shell explodes on leaving the barrel is a distressing experience. The shell fuze was not armed, otherwise there would have been a much bigger bang and not much left of HTMS Khirirat!¹

  17. The woman standing next to him is, anyway never mind...
  18. You are beyond comprehension, you really are! I will use simple short words. The woman was in a crowd. She was at the front of the crowd. The woman was breaking through a barricaded door. The policeman who was protecting the people sheltering behind the barricaded door, sheltering from the crowd shot her. He is not facing prosecution for shooting her. Now what part of that differs from your link? You are just trying to cause trouble. Edited: I think perhaps you are trying to provoke a "flame" post in response, in the hope of it being taken down, and possibly my being suspended?
  19. It was shown live on TV. The women was trying to break through the door. She was in the front row of a crowd trying to break the door down. I know you are entirely partizan in your consumption of news media, but heaven help us if you claim I am making up one of the central broadcast moments of the "storming the capital"!
  20. "Cherry Black" is rubbish, "Kiwi Parade Gloss" is the bulldogs testicles. You can get it in black, light and dark tan, oxblood.

  22. You do seem to have these moments of clarity on a monthly basis. If you are an alcoholic and really want to address it: 1) you have my support, 2) there are organisations which will help you, why not go to them. If you are just a piss head who enjoys posting <deleted> to wind people up then...
  23. Trumps entire campaigns raison-d'etre is to remove the rule of law, destroy the justice system and remove democratic norms. He is after all "on the run" from the rule of law. Long accustomed to cheating, lying, bullying and getting away with questionable sexual behaviour, the Presidency led him to believe his own hubris. When he lost the Presidency, despite a blatant attempt to "remove democratic norms", and found himself facing the consequences of both that and the years of lying, cheating, fraud and groping, his only recourse was to regain the Presidency, and try to use it to overturn the rule of law, and destroy the justice system that is after him. If he gets in, the rule of law and the justice system will be finished. You won't get it back! 250 years of work pissed up against the wall to serve the ego of a corrupt fraudulent bully. I don't like Biden, he is a foolish "plastic paddy", but he is not a corrupt fraudulent bully!
  24. Shot whilst battering down the door behind which people the rioters were "coming for" were sheltering!
