  Have you ever been asked for the toll fee at the end of the journey ?   I very much doubt it.  

 As I clearly stated: I have never entered a toll road without the driver asking.

My MG6 uses an electronic key-fob. There is a plastic door key inside the transmitter as well. You could copy that easily enough but it does not start the car.
