Couple this with a chart on prevalence by breed and it is even more impressive. Pit Bulls are a small percentage of the population but a massive percentage of injuries. Retrievers dwarf all other breeds by population but injuries are tiny. Police have moved away from Rottweilers as well due to their unstable temperament. -
If you want it sorted, require all dog owners to have liability insurance. The actuaries at the insurance companies will price pit bulls out of the market in short order. Then collect and dispose of any untagged soi dogs. They are a menace.

Those minivans are a menace to everyone. Hyper-aggressive drivers, operating at untenable speeds, at the behest of greedy owners. I am nervous sharing the roads with them. -

Renewal Of 5 Year Driver's License

Just renewed this morning and got the 5 years for cars and bikes. They were fine with the Elite visa and the Yellow book for my residence. They added my ID card for their data. I have to go to the main office in Chiang Rai for an IDP. I will also get a 5 year IDP independently. About 800 baht all in including multiple copies of my documents. So ~400 baht for a single license. -

I had done the 90 day anyway but registering the car and bike was easy enough. I got 4 residence letters and did the vehicles and licenses at the same time, Now I have to go renew ???? -
The AQI can vary a lot over the course of the day. The government tends to report the most recent measurement but other sites may do average sampling over a period of time. You can argue over which provides the most accurate assessment. I would not want averages over more than an hour or so but the instantaneous reading can be deceptive too.

Not true. The Thai airline clerks and security people read Thai just fine. What they struggle with is English. Nobody has ever rejected my ID card in Thailand.

zzzzz is correct. Let the sources of income deposit into an account in the US, then transfer the amount you need into your Thai account each month. It does not need to be direct deposited from the source. -

Hardly. Most of the Chinese are pretty happy and the standard of living is rising widely. They have money to spend and would like to spend it here.

It is free to apply. You do not pay until after the check. I think it is an Interpol check but they are looking for bigger things than this.

We were not married at the time. She bought the land herself. (I helped a little) I rented the land from her with an initial payment of 90k and an additional 90k due at the completion of construction or 3 years. Construction won, but all of the elements of a contract were met. It is her property by deed, but it is mine to use throughout the term of the lease, including clauses for sale, death or separation.

That is why the lease agreement needs to be included in the deed. Her nephew can inherit the property but it is yours to use through the term of the lease. He can wait, he is going to get it in the end anyway.
