More likely to increase waste. At least nuclear waste where it doesn't belong. Do you understand that this is the agency that is crucial for creating nuclear weapons. And the USA is now in the middle of a big program to modernize the arsenal. It's the busiest it's been since the Cold War. And they were already short staffed.

But you still have provided no evidence to back up your claim. Zero. Nada. Zip. Nought. -

Well, you wrote "China are often behind the boycott the USA campaigns" I used that as my search term and come up with nothing that supports your claim. -
BYD’s shares rose in Hong Kong after the Chinese electric-vehicle company unveiled its new fast-charging technology and announced an employee share incentive plan... BYD unveiled its new charging technology, which it said is capable of providing 400 kilometers of range in five minutes of charging time. That means users can charge their EVs as quickly as it takes conventional cars to refuel, BYD said. https://archive.ph/SU2fH

Here's your comment again Certainly looks like a comment to delegitimize the authenticity of genuine homegrown action What's more I have found no evidence or mention that China is behind any other boycotts than those involving its own citizens. You got any evidence that says otherwise? -

The current Supreme Court has been very zealous in protecting the Power of the Presidency. In some ways over the top. Given that there is a Constitutional mechanism for removing a President judged to be unfit, I doubt the Supreme Court would accept such arguments.

More Pavlovian conspiracy thinking. It's unthinkable that ordinary citizens would be angered when a country goes after their economy.- 289 replies

RFK Jr. Cautions Against Vaccinating Poultry Amid Bird Flu Concerns

There is no way of getting through to a massive denialist like Stiddle Mump. For example you can offer facts about life before and after the polio vaccine and he'll just claim it wasn't the polio vaccine that caused these illnesses and it wasn't the reason why their incidence so abruptly fell. People like him believe that somehow virology and epidemiology are built on a false apparatus the doctrine of which is promoted by what must be tens of thousands of conspiracists who went into this line of work just to foster a lie. -
I made a statement of fact. I didn't declare myself the winner nor you the loser. I leave that kind of sad activity to others.

Again, no analysis or reasoning offered.

Even if you make your claim 3 times, that won't make it true. Sure. It's an elaborate hoax participated in by hundreds if not thousands of virologists. -

Never been isolated? 1.1 The structure and biology of measles virus Measles virus is a paramyxovirus belonging to the genus Morbillivirus. It is a pleomorphic virus ranging in diameter from 100 to 300 nm. Within the morbilliviruses, measles is most closely related to the rinderpest virus group, and more distantly related to the canine distemper virus group [1]. Two envelope glycoproteins are important in pathogenesis. These are the F (fusion) protein, which is responsible for fusion of virus and host cell membranes, viral penetration, and haemolysis, and the H (haemagglutinin) protein, which is responsible for binding of virus to cells. The measles genome consists of six genes, each encoding a single structural protein. One of these genes, the phosphoprotein (P) gene, also encodes two non-structural proteins (V and C). Refer to Figure 1.1 Structure of measles virus. https://www.technet-21.org/en/manual-introduction/chapter-1-measles-and-rubella-an-overview/1-1-the-structure-and-biology-of-measles-virus -

I remember when HIV symptoms (back when it was called AIDS) was attributed to the gay lifestyle. Actually, Kennedy was one of those people making the claim. -
As noted several times above, the Supreme Court has ruled the preemptive pardons are legitimate. As for your beliefs, they're your beliefs. And that's all they are.
-
No. If the prosecutors actions are ruled to have no legitimate basis, then how does that make you right? One of the hallmarks of someone who has nothing is their assertion that they have been proven to be right and/or their opponent proven to be wrong. Thanks for correcting my terminology. But that says nothing about the validity of your argument. But no, I don't think a pardon can be deemed null and void ab initio, As legal scholars have noted, the power of the pardon is derived from the British monarch's pardon power. And the King can do no wrong. The only exception to this might be the executive's Constitutional obligation to enforce the law. It could be argued that in that case a self-pardon might be forbidden. But that's a very limited case.
-
A prosecutor can try to challenge anything. What's stopping them? That doesn't mean a judge won't quash it.
-

This is right wing revenge porn. Has there ever been a Federal prosecutor ever anywhere who has attempted to overturn a presidential pardon? I couldn't find any examples.

Chinese state media is gloating about drastic budget cuts to Voice of America and Radio Free Asia, U.S. government-funded media outlets that have for decades drawn protests from Beijing over their coverage of human rights abuses in China. Voice of America and Radio Free Asia had long transmitted news into countries where access to accurate information from the outside world was severely limited. Radio Free Asia, for instance, broadcasts in Mandarin, Cantonese, Uyghur, Tibetan and other languages. In China, where the ruling Communist Party has railed against the influence of America and its Western allies on global opinion, state media outlets and nationalists hailed the troubles faced by the U.S.-funded outlets as vindication of their complaints. https://archive.ph/MbE48
