  1. You seem to be alright with one version of 'river to the sea' but not the other.
  2. In that case they can say we do not have them, we do not know what happened to them, the PIJ holds them and so on. Hamas is more into not providing information.
  3. And this is important, because Danon is....well, he's a nobody, with no political power and not much of a coherent agenda other than promoting himself.
  4. Are you aware that the topic is not about the West Bank?
  5. Don't know about Pattaya, other places I think them agricultural colleges/universities usually have labs that provide such service.
  6. I thought he was referring to Koh Phayam. But it didn't make sense either, so read it again and got it.
  7. Our construction foreman's hobby was building and furnishing boats. Some for racing, like these, some old style oar jobs (for catching certain kinds of fish, and for resorts). Wish he had half the care and interest invested in these when working on the house.
  8. Israel is responding to the Hamas 7/10 attack. I don't think you missed that. Try harder.
  9. I wasn't even replying to you, and that quote is out of context. Unless you missed it, the topic is not about you and your issues.
  10. No - Hamas did and does commit war crimes. There's less ambiguity there. Taking of hostages, deliberately killing civilians, atrocities involved in the attack, indiscriminate rocket launches, and using civilians as human shields. All these are well documented, and some are repeats of past actions declared as war crimes, or possible war crimes. Israel's actions are more in line with international law - as much as some posters are reluctant to accept, and despite the usual comments from human rights organizations, pro-Palestinians commentators and so on. There's a history of several past rounds of fighting to draw on.
  11. I did comment on the link you provided, which is more than you bothered to do. May I suggest you think before you post? I have addressed the issue of the blockade on numerous posts by now. Even in replies to yourself. You don't have anything on offer by way of discussion other than posting links. You do not address points made, questions raised or any in-depth queries into things. This goes back to the point about what's wrong with just posting links - this is a discussion forum, what you're doing ain't it.

  13. While I'm flattered you take that much interest in my views, I fear the Rabbit might get jealous. And we wouldn't want that, now, would we?
  14. No, that's just the semantics games you like to play. Innocent until proven guilty does not preclude the possibility that war crimes were committed. It also does not imply a need to ignore how these things panned out on past instances. I have addressed your 'points', such as they are, on my previous post (and on past exchanges).
  15. That's pretty much the nonsense position you claimed earlier - that you can't be biased because of your nationality and religion.
  16. He was probably taking a nap near the tree. Otherwise, hard to imagine how he wouldn't have been alerted. We cut down a couple on the land - takes a while to topple, and the creaking is very loud. Also coconuts dropping all over in the process. If the tree was rotten at the core or near ground level, this can usually be observed and serves as a warning not to loiter in the direction the tree might collapse. In general, people around here don't hang around under such, coconut to the noggin can be deadly.
  17. You state things as fact. You do not qualify them. That's like claiming facts, rather than opinion. I think most of what's claimed on the various posts here regarding possible war crimes should be enough to consider the possibility that war crimes were committed. Not, mind, as conclusive proof that they were - but enough to make wholesale disregarding the possibility an odd position. It is my opinion that you perfectly get the point.
  18. Read. Don't read. Look. Don't look. It's up to you. Who cares.
  19. I know how to read. So I know that they didn't quite claim what you posted. They are a tad more careful than you are. Also, being informed, I'm well aware of Amenity's record commenting on such matters, and how it usually ends. I'm also not ignorant of Amnesty's agenda or who the people involved are. Unlike you, I do not rush to post any headline 'supporting' my point of view.
  20. Could you address what I posted instead of posting more nonsense? You claimed Israel committed no war crimes. You did not qualify the statement, but issued it as a wide-brush, decisive comment. I was asking you how you could be positively sure of that, given the scope of the operations and that on smaller scale past instances there were cases which were declared as war crimes. Spin away.
  21. Go back to the previous topic and start reading it without your 'ignore' thing on. This should give you a clue.
  22. Again, you do not seem to understand what 'lying' is. I judge your positions based on your posts. This makes it quite obvious you're neither objective, nor informed. I have addressed enough of your posts by now so your pretense at not receiving answers is ridiculous. People do not have to be of a certain nationality, or religion, in order to hold biased views on things. More nonsense out of you.
