They are not something which posters declare, they are not something governments decide on, or even human rights organizations. It doesn't work this way. It id not about 'descriptions', it is not about 'drawing conclusions'. It's about facts. War crimes are not something-I-think-is-a-war-crime. They are not similar to your 'opinions'.

Define 'alternative'. Does it include state controlled, owned venues? Those not much invested in corroborating their stories? Those relying on dodgy sources? No, your understanding is lacking. There is nothing said about zero casualties, damage etc. These things are allowed under international laws. The same laws prescribe measures, actions and so on that ought to be taken to minimize such - but do not require what you allege. This was discussed on here numerous times by now.

Deflecting how? There are such things going on all the time, regardless who's POTUS. When it happened under Trump, it was apparently 'acceptable' (or blamed on previous Presidents) When it's happening under Biden, you lose it.
