    Easy to verify since the tickets are issued. So they know exactly how many tickets have been issued. Maybe some will pay half and keep half without ticket, but i don't see how an e-ticket would prevent that.

    Ice were in the wrong here on multiple fronts. The warrant was not valid in the court house, the person they wanted to serve was let out to the hallway, the same hallway the agents were in. Nothing will come of it, especially with the rhetoric from trump, patel and bondi obscuring legal limits. Political posturing is all it is, with fools leaping up every word and falling for it again.
