    No, no present litigation. AP case has been settled, but administration is refusing to adhere. The guy in El Salvador will not be returned, despite a SC ruling. Congress step in, how, do what? Arrest him? Trump is doing what he wants.

    Neither is he allowed to ban AP, neither is he allowed to deport certain people. He still does it, the courts forbid it but he ignores the courts. And the courts have no power to enforce their rulings.

    I don't know if he's guilty or not, nor do i think it matters. It's up to the legal system to see if he's guilty or not and if deportation is required. And it gets worse when the legal system says 'he should be in the US, and the executive refuses. There are no options to force the executive to do as required, not in this case, not in other cases.
