Was it part of the embassy compound or not. According to many media outlets it was, you seem to be avoiding the issue.

An Embassy may be treated as Sovereign territory but a consulate is just an office for diplomats (often part time) to work in.

I think the consulate was part of the embassy compound. If correct that makes the difference irrelevant.

Which is total nonsense to refute your claim. Israel was on trial for genocide, not for war crimes. They were btw not found not guilty but not proven guilty.

2023 is the Gaza conflict - not the 2nd Yom Kippur war.... I'm well aware it is an Israeli holiday, and in 2023, it fell in September - almost 2 months after the start of Gaza.
