Pre-fab houses made from steel are not a new concept, infact there is several Thai manufacturers that make them. No pre-fab house can be moved as easily as a fridge though......... unless of course that fridge is connected to utilities (Water/Electric/sewerage), then they would be similar to move just one needing a crane and truck and the other a pickup and 2 men !!
