people are simply crazy driving any motorbike in thailand without a national / state full mc licence by test (swiftly obtaining thai MC Licence) WITH substantial riding experience or at least intensive mc defensive driving course plus Test Licence. 

road death statistics (75% moped riders) inform this country is the Top Tier for foreigner skill / experience BEFORE taking a mc on the roads. your bike handling/ reactions/ confidence/ observation / anticipation MUST ideally ALL be top notch if you are not to join those stats…….

that document, in thai language format, is completely useless. forget about it.

MOPH Vax Cert, in intl. english format, with QR Code, should be accepted (if requested) everywhere.

tingtong: thats seems incredible. not a commercial rent. good information btw. but how is that economic for owner. unless you are a friend/ housesitter/security guard to keep the place clean and deter squatters & burglars ? more economic to sell surely? thais intending to pass on to their family when dead perhaps ? I’ m a Phuket West Coaster myself. Done with City Living. But your place sounds ideal for you !

this bank have had so many compliants about them on this forum, usually about excessive document requirements, it’s a miracle they have any foreigner customers left…..kasikorn so easy with zero complaints.
