Where I come there is a huge problem with racism. A few weeks ago I was entering Starbucks at Central Festival in Pattaya and there was a group of 2 Indian looking families leaving, the women dressed in Indian traditional garb. I held the door open for them and one of the men thanked me in a native born English accent.

I think If the engine is revving too high you can't do that anyway once it's too late. I'd say almost all experienced truck drivers would know how to do that. There should be a mandatory truck stop at the top of the hill to check brakes and signage requiring low gear with a huge fine.

He's one person. It's not appropriate to compare his experience with racism. Everybody assesses ( I don't like the word "judge", it's an Americanism) everyone they come into contact with individually and have a right to reject anyone based on personal attributes. There are racist people in all countries, some more than others. That doesn't make the majority population racist.

I would try a new install using a win 11 pro iso which you can download. Have it totally reformat your drive. Don't forget to back up your files first.
